The reason behind most tooth decay in this town, but my GOD it's so good!

Madden walked down the street towards the sweets store. She had to find a cake for her little cousin Kaylee's fifth birthday party. She didn't understand why she always was the one who had to pick up the desserts, her parents and family knew she had little to no will power when it came to her sweet tooth. As she walked, her black combat boots kicked at random rocks on the pavement.

Nickolson walked down the pavement, getting a few looks here and there; not that they were bad though. He didn't eat sweets much, though he did once in a while. His sister loved them and she always begged him to run errands for her, even though she was seventeen. He sighed,walking through she door of Sweet Tooth. The small ring of the bell above his head signaled that he had entered and he was greeted by a warm smile from the girl at the counter. Typical. Nickolson thought. He didn't really care for many women though, they were always attempting to get past his barrier because of his looks, not because they were intrigued of what was behind it or because they genuinely liked him.

Madden walked into the shop a couple minutes after Nicholson. Walking up behind him she jabbed him in the ribs to get his attention, something she'd done since they were kids. Of course that granted her a glare from the girl behind the counter. "I see you've already found an admirer." She teased him as she moved to stand next to him.

Nickolson winced slightly in pain. God. The girl was small but she could pack a punch. Nick then proceeded to jab his index and middle finger into her side, something he had always done to get back at her. Lets just say that the only person he could fully be himself around was Madden. She wasn't some wimpy girl who cried over everything,and she would clearly fight back. So, she was quite a close friend. He didn't have to put a barrier up between them. Nickolson laughed at Maddens remark before responding "I quite think I do. Though, I wish she'd stop. It's obvious I'm not interested in a child who only wants me for my beautiful face." He joked, giving Madden a very playful seducing look.

Madden smirked, "Well then would you mind telling her that?" She asked him, biting her lower lip out of habit, "She looks like she is about to scratch my face off." Of course madden was used to this, girl always got jealous when they saw Mads with Nickolson. They always stared and flirted with him, even when Madden was around. She mentally shrugged, it wasn't like Nick was anything more than a friend to her, Right?

Juliette entered the Sweet Tooth Shop, inhaling. A wave if craving had hit her, and she needed some chocolate, bad. She walked up to the chocolate glassed up area, trying to decide on which chocolates to get.

Jules new what she wanted now, and walked over behind a girl, who seemed her age or maybe a little younger. She ran a hand through her hair, touching her stomach lightly.

Julia jumped back, laughing."It was." She smiled at her, reaching to hand her a napkin."You might need this."

Jules laughed gently, gesturing at the person behind her to go ahead. She stepped out of line."You'll grow out if it eventually." She smiled."How old are you anyway?"

Nickolson shrugged before he walked up to the girl at the counter and looked her straight in the eyes.
"I have no interest in you nor will I ever have interest in you. Stop being so goddamn annoying and pay attention to your job for once. Ignorant child."Nickolson snapped. Oh yes. He was quite cold. It's not like he cared though. It was getting on his nerves,and he didn't care if he hurt her feelings. The girl looked like she was on the brink of tears, and that made Nick chuckle a bit. Call him insensitive but he found it funny. How could she cry over somebody she didn't even know?God. How stupider could she get? Nickolson turned back to Madden and smirked.
"Done. I hope you don't get anymore unnecessary glares."Nickolson said with a cynical laugh. He had made it so the girl would hear him, hopefully she did.

"Yeah." Julia smiled."Me too." She smiled gently again, licking her lips."My names Juliette, but please call me Julia, Jules etc.." She ruffled her hair.

"Sounds good." Julia laughed softly, heading in line. She ordered her chocolate, paying and turned toward Zel. "I like your name by the way. It's pretty." Jules said gently, swaying her bag.

Jules sat, where she had gone; across from her."Not that I know if." She shrugged, smiling.

"True. True." Julia looked into her bag, grabbing a piece of chocolate. She ate it slowly, smiling.

"We'll I've graduated." She smiled gently, eating another bite, feeling better. "What about you?"

"Oh don't worry about it." She smiled, biting her lip, hoping she didn't make her feel bad.

"Yeah. I'm mainly from Southern Europe, and even though we are close, they are different cultures." She said softly.

"Oh okay." She nodded, looking her over. Yeah, she was that in a defined way."When did you move here?"

Julia glanced at her watch, cringing."Crap." She mumbled getting up."Zel, I'm so sorry. I have to go. I completely forgot. I hope I see you around." She said quickly, getting up and waving over her shoulder.

"Bye!" Julliete smiled over her shoulder and disappeared. How could she have forgotten about her appointment?!
