The Painted Bird by Jerzy KosinskiAlright I bought this book on a sale, I think the price was 50php or something lower. I bought it because there was a dedication on the first page of the book, it said: "This book changed my life."+other sweet words.
The story was simply impossible to ignore. It was as if the book 'in-your-faced' me for my lack of appreciation to the life I have. Simply put, it made me realize all the good things in my own universe.
Yeah I really liked that one too. Another one is The Night Circus. That was incredible the way they described the circus made me REALLY wanna got there, it was perfect
I would say a load of books written for children changed me. Books such as the Ghost of Grania O'Malley (And a lot of other Michael Morpurgo books) and Ways to Live forever. These books changed the way I look at the world around me. And changed how I act in the world. They are the books I read on a yearly basis even though I cry numerous times at some of them.
The Junie B. Jones series, actually. Because they got me into reading in the first place many many years ago.
