A great and mysterious forest where Ents and Huorns dwell.

Pallando wandered through the edges of the forest on his way to Orthanc to meet with Saruman The White and ask his council on the matters of Saurons power rising. The raven flew in air above the forest and spotted something following in the wake of its master. Swooping down it told Pallando this, and he stopped, and laid in wait.
Ellen jogged through the forest, her Gondolin blade, Rhaw, bounced at her side. It had been a while since she'd last seen the wizard and we was keen to catch up. Suddenly his trail faded and she was at a loss where to go.
Pallando darkened the sky and his voice boomed out like thunder "Elf child! Why is it you follow me? Speak quick or I shall not spare your life" he said from his spot in the shadows
Ellen smiled, "stand forward, oh great wizard, you claim to be so brave and yet you're afraid of me and hide in the shadows?" She asked cheekily
Pallando could not help smile at this girl, something about elves always made him grateful for Eru. He stepped forward form the shadows and lowered his hood, staff in hand. The raven above, caw'd.
"Better" said Ellen "I follow you... Wizard, for I wish to make your acquaintance! Quite, a wizard is a powerful friend for a girl in need! I'm also curious as to why you are straying so near to the tower of Saruman The White"
"And why would you want a wizard for an ally? How are you special? As to my business I would imagine you have been following me since the collapse of the human child. I intend to speak to Saruman as to Saurons purpose with these humans and if he would shed any light for... And old friend"
Ellen smiled and gave a short bow "why wizard, you have the pleasure of being in the company of Elenwë Tiri Olé, rightful queen of the lost city of Gondolin!" She rose and studied the wizard "and you... I know your kin by look, but you.. Dark blue robes... Black hair, I hazard you must be Alatar? Or Pallando?" She asked.
The wizard gave a short silence to mull over her identification. "Distant relation of Turgon I presume? And yet I cannot place your name in the list of his ancestors... I am Pallando, the blue wizard, and I have travelled far and seen many things, things that would stop you dead, elf" he said half threatening
"Great great granddaughter, through a bastard line" she said with a wink "oh I don't know, I'm pretty hard to kill, why don't you try me?" She teased.
"Figures." He mused "maybe some other, less busy time elf. State your purpose" he was beginning to tire of this folly
"Saruman will be of no aid to you. I have heard tell that the disappearance of Gandalf is due to him alone. And also your purpose is now nil in-void. I waited a short while and watching over the child and her friends. She has recovered and they has struck out against Mordor and Sauron alone. Wether they succeeded in meeting him I do not know, damn you for making me be unable to join them. Anyway, they may be more able to help you now than Saruman"
Pallando sighed heavily, not doubting this information "you can't trust humans to sit still for 5 minutes can you. I will do as you say, perhaps you may with me for sometime elf, and we shall see if we cannot find that child once again. Raven, search" Pallando began to march out of the forest. The raven took off and flew far far away.
