I was at one library today and I couldn't get the book. I will try another library (different city) in the next few days.
I've ordered the book. It will take a few weeks for it to happen, but I will let you know when I get it.
Heather wrote: "Trying to finish Taking Eve. So far a great book."Glad to here you are enjoying the book. The next book Hunting Eve comes out on July 16.
Hope you don't have to wait much longer. You may want to put your name in for the second book now. It comes out on July 16. I am just waiting patiently for the eBook as I cannot see to read the regular books and I can make the font larger with the eBook.
The book is in but the library is closed today. Unfortunately I was there yesterday. My Yorkie, Stewart Little, does the READ Program at the library. The children read to him. It helps them improve their reading skills. I didn't check to s.ee if the book was in, because I was meeting my son and daughter-in-law to look at a house.
How cool to have your Yorkie in the reading program at the library. It is so good to get kids reading. I have three granddaughters two who are really big readers and one not so much but she is starting to read more. Ereaders have made some kids read more as they are electronic which is the way of the young today. I love my eReaders for the simple fact that I can make the fonts bigger and read with ease. Our little library does not have a great selection of eBooks but they are getting more and more.
That is so cool that you have 3 granddaughters. I have one, but I haven't seen her in 8 years. Her mother (my son never married her) won't let us see her. When we have tried, she either is gone, or gets an order of protection. Since this has been so hard on us being in my granddaughter, Lexi's, life we have decided that we won't see her until she is 18, then no one, but her can stop us. The last time I saw Lexi was when she was 5.
That is very sad for you guys and for Lexi. She is missing out on wonderful experiences unfortunately we can not change people's attitudes or actions can we.My daughter has never been married and my oldest granddaughter was adopted by a wonderful couple who have seen fit to have an open adoption so we get to see Ayla as often as we want and she knows that we are her biological grandparents. They adopted two and then because of new finances had four of their own through invitro.
That is so wonderful. I hope someday she will change her mind. Unfortunately, we don't trust her. I know that she even got a restraining order against her own mother.
I am listening to an audio and Joe has to leave so he can to testify, and he really didn't want to leave Eve. Jane called and said she has to take Toby, her dog somewhere to get Toby well. Security has showed up along with the doctor showed up. I can pretty much figure that something was done to Toby to keep Jane from being with Eve.
Well I finished the book early this morning. I can't wait to get Hunting Eve. I hate it when a book ends with a cliffhanger, but I am glad(view spoiler). I have ordered both the audio and the hardback. Although the audio will probably take longer to get to me. I am second on the list, so I will get it right away. I am 65th on the hardback.

What was your favorite part to Taking Eve. I think when she was able to escape and throw the scull down the cliff.
