awww thanks Sapir! I've been thinking of making a group like this for a while but I was hesitant at first cause I'll be a senior in high school next school year & that's like the busiest year.. but whatever.. xD

ooohhh me as well! :D

Oh catching fire was a good book but I'm not sure if I can handle the feels! Ugh (view spoiler) I was also really unhappy with Collins in the Gregor the Overlander series (view spoiler) She ripped out my heart twice and I'll never forgive her for that.

It's for younger kids, but honestly I think it belongs in the YA section because there's a lot of violence, war, and death... not to mention the books aren't small at all! She actually wrote this series a long time ago (the first book was pub. 2003). I read them when I was in 5th grade. Despite my hatred for the ending of the series, it's really a great series! I think the messages and themes in it are great. I think it's far better literature than The Hunger Games in many, many ways.

Chloe: Yeah I know! :) I think it's because he's a programmer so he think I'm going to make a career out of my time on the computer (which I might, I'm building a website right now!) so he thinks of it as an investment, not a waste of time. I've used a computer since I was 2-years-old. Idk what else my mom expected ha.

Authors rarely hit it big with a debut book. For example: Rick Riordan had written many adult books before Percy Jackson.
wow how do I not know this D: My childhood books were like Charlie & the Choc. Fac. Ramona & Beezus, Goosebumps, Fear Street, and Charlotte's Web xD
