When Marvel meets DC... discussion

Alaina walked to her old home. The Orphanage. She had her arms crossed, and tears slowly came out of her eyes. "I just need to see it one last time..." she whispered.

Tony followed her

She looked up at the building. It looked abandoned. She walked in. It was. Bricks had fallen, wooden boards, everything. She looked around. She brushed spider webs out of her face.

Tony followed her inside

She looked around, in horror.

Tony stepped behind her "every month you were here I funded this place"

"This was my home... What happened?" she said, looking around still.

"After you left their was issues and we couldn't fund this place any more

"I should've never left.." she said.

Tony hugged her "then you wouldn't know your family"

Alaina hugged him back. "I know..."'she said.

He sighed

"I love you dad," she said.

"Love you too"

"Let's go back home." She smiled.

Anastasia walked into San Francisco and looked around. An interesting place to say the least.

A portal opened up and Dusty sailed through it, immediately shooting down at huge crowds of civilians, killing four people and generating 160 grains of dust for the Dust Goblin, dust grains he desperately needed after his run-in with Abomination II.

Annie jumped out of the way, blinking in shock. She took a few deep breaths and looked at Dusty. "Hey!" She yelled. "Pick on someone else!"

Dusty cackled insanely and landed his glider to attack Annie on the ground. He walked up to her with his gloved hands up as if in surrender and then his gloves flashed blinding light into her eyes before he pounced on her and pinned her on the ground.

Annie growled and rolled out from under him, her guns now pointed at him. "Super Soldier blood from both parents is very helpful," she said. She had a light Russian accent.

He grabbed the guns and crushed them with his fists.
"Didn't expect me to have Superhuman strength, did you," he answered, grabbing her by the wrist, yanking her into the air, and throwing her back to the ground again.

Annie winced as she hit the ground, but rolled. "Didn't expect me to have The Red Room training," she shot back. She drew a dagger from a thigh sheath and flung it at Dusty with amazing accuracy.

((the red room was where the Black Widows were trained and given the soldier serum))

It stabbed right into him, and he was a bit upset that he'd have to fix his goblin armor again. He aimed his right index finger and zapped her with sparks of electricity.

Annie let out a short and sudden scream. She dropped to the ground and rolled behind a car.

He pushed the car aside (it helped that it was on Neutral, but he could've done without that) and aimed his left index finger right into her face before sending knockout gas into her nose and mouth.

Annie breathed it in and swayed before falling down, knocked out.

Dusty reached for a pumpkin bomb when another glider landed, the Flame Goblin hopping off.
"Imposter!" the Flame Goblin shouted.
Dusty stepped toward the other goblin.
"Stand back for the real goblin."
"Hey, I was going to say that!"
Dusty zapped Flame Goblin, momentarily stunning him before leaping onto his glider and flying for it.
"Get back here, you cheap immitation!" the other goblin screamed, following on Phoenix.

Annie's breathing slowly came back to normal as her super soldier blood worked to wake her up.

Anastasia woke with a gasp, holding back from yelling in pain. She coughed up the remainder of the gas, sitting up. Where was she...? It took her a moment to remember. She then ran off.

Alaina walked into San Francisco. She had been walking there, from her house. Long walk. She was crying. Olly died. Kat died. She wanted to murder the goblins now.

The Flame Goblin was less than redeeming himself, burning nearby buildings to his own personal glee.
He had more enemies than ever now, and until they were all dead he could never have peace.

Alaina saw flames, and they seemed to burn in her eyes. "Jarvis?" she said. "Yes, miss?" he replied. "Send my suit," she said. "Your suit, is gone miss," She sighed. "Any suits I can use?" "Yes, theres a prototype your father was making, but-" "Send it in." "Yes miss." The suit flew in, and landed on her, putting itself on her. She flew towards the goblin.

It's hard to ignore a flying super-suit, and so the Goblin did not. He soared higher, in a spiral, where there was no cover from his missiles for the Stark to use.

Alaina dodged the missiles, best as she could. She started breathing heavily.

He spiraled around until he was facing towards her again and launched a homing missile at.

She dodged. She wanted to kill this guy so badly.

It was a homing missile, so it followed her, hence the name homing missile.

She started flying around til she got in fornt of him, and it hit him

Except that he's been flying gliders for awhile and it's totally stupid to assume he couldn't dodge. However, because the missile was following her, it's totally reasonable to assume that it slammed into her when she stopped behind Goblin's glider and he dodged. Which it did. Then it exploded while in contact with her.

She flew backwards. She slammed onto the concrete. She groaned.

He leapt from his glider atop her, cracking her armor. He grabbed her helmet, and while blasting flame into it, he began crushing it into her head. Superhot metal was jammed into her head.

She screamed, and her first instinct was to kick his groin. She grabbed his arm, and did S.I.N.G.

He grunted but with his superhuman strength was not unduly damaged. He circled around to the OTHER side of her head, the side that she did not have kicky legs on, and resumed his burn-crushing. The metal started to melt in a very fatal-looking way.

She screamed louder.

He continued squeezing (I don't have any more characters to save her sk... oh, right).
The Gecko then slammed into the Flame Goblin, throwing him off.
"You again! Can't I ever be rid of you!?" he declared.
He commanded Phoenix to launch a missile, which the Gecko dodged in a blur of speed.
"Leave. Now," the Gecko said. The Flame Goblin looked between the two heroes. Outnumbered, even if one was badly injured. He hit his remote and flew away on Phoenix.
