The grounds of District 5

Cameron walked home from the power plant with Trace by her side. He smiled at her. "What do you say we go and get a hot chocolate? We just got paid and I think we both deserve one?"

"Alright." I say reluctantly. I should give it to mom for our food but what could one treat hurt?

Patrick walked by the district, he decided to go get something to drink, his life was really boring, being the son af a victor wasn't as cool as others thought.

Trace led me to the place dad said he always used to go to. Trace bought the hot chocolates then went to talk to his friend, one of the peacekeepers, Sage. Sage was always laid back and didn't exactly do his job. That was why we all liked him.

Pat walked into a place he allways went his his mom, she never got used to the victor's village. He bought a hot chocolate and took a seat.

I looked around. There were the usual people, upper class getting drunk and laughing amongst themselves. There were the peacekeepers with Sage Trace still talking to them. And before I could look any further I saw Patrick. The victor's kid. I wasn't sure whether I disliked him or pitied him.

Patrick took a sip of his chocolate and then noticed a girl near him he waved at her with a smile and continued with his chocolate. He knew the girl from school, she had an older brother, but he couldn't remember their names yet.

Patrick smiled and waved to me. I decided to smile back. If I was ever going to make a friend I had to try to be nice. Seeing that Trace was still talking with Sage, I scooted closer to Patrick. "Hey." I said.

"Hi" he said cleaning his mouth with his hand "what's you name?"

"I'm Cameron. Your Patrick the victor's kid right?"
I replied.

((hey, the reapings are starting! Does anyone wanna help me play the escorts? I'm playing eleven of them :( lol that's why everythings moving so slowly...))

of course, the victor's kid "the same one" he said finishing his chocolate "you're not drinking, it will get cold soon"

"So..." finding a loss for words I asked "What's it like in the victor's village. Sounds... nice."

"not as nice as it looks, I mean I never got troubles with money and stuff, but id doesn't feel good, to have everything when othersdon't have. PLus is really boring and I'm quite sure the gamemakers would love to have a victor's kid soon" he said in a shrug

That's the tribute list. So just play an Effie Trinket, and pretend to draw the names from those districts out of the reaping balls))
