IBS Conquerers discussion

My fiance and I have written a book called the Definitive Guide to IBS. We both live with IBS. We are hoping to publish our book over the next few weeks and have it up for sale on Amazon. I'd love to talk with others who live with IBS to discuss how they deal with their IBS on a day to day basis.

Update on my book, we've changed the title, it's now Guide to Living with IBS...A real life guide from real live people living with IBS.
We are just finishing the editing stage at the moment and are hoping to have it up for sale on Amazon within the next week or two.

I am going to be starting a blog soon about conquering IBS. It will have articles, tips and tricks, discussions, etc on how to conquer IBS. Will keep you posted :)
