Before the 7th, Deathly Hallows, did you think Snape was bad? Or did you trust Dumbledore and think he was good? I always thought he was evil. I felt so bad for him later!

I thought he was good till he killed Dumbledore in 6...was relieved that he was proven good again in 7! Snape was a romantic, who've thunk it??

Yeah, first I was like, Woah, he KILLED DUMBLEDORE!!!!!!!! Then I was like, okay, he did it for a reason. After all, it was planned.

but i still don't like him, even after reading all the books. he was always sooo mean to harry!!
and harry shouldn't have named his son severus...it's so ewwww.

Oh, although I kind of understand now, why he hated Harry. BUT, just because Harry is related to James, it doesn't mean that he should hate Harry too. :(

Snape was really badly hurt - I mean, his arch enimy marries his crush, then his boss killed the love of his life. If you're not a tad sour after something like that then theres something wrong with you!

I wasn't to sure about Snape before DH. Even though Dumbledore vouched for him, I still thought that he would turn at any minute. But after reading his back story in DH, I felt so sorry for him. The old dungeons master w/ the ultra greasy hair actually did have a heart. I kind of wished that he could have been happy at one point.

.... yeah, after sirius, snape was by far my favorite character haha.... even after he killed dumbledore and i thought he was evil, it was just like "oh well, there really aren't that meany cool characters on the good side anyway :P"

Well, at first I didn't see him as gay (in books 1-6), but while i reading about his relationship w/ Grindelwald it did come off as something more than just friendship. It seemed like they were in love with each other and Grindelwald wanted Dumbeldore all to himself, but felt like his obligations to his siblings were holding him back.

when you say he's always taking the blame for other people mistakes it does make it seem as if he has a Jesus complex. With harry I think he finds himself responsible for him because he thinkd that the main reason why Harry's life was so difficult was b/c dumbledore didn't deal w/ voldemort when he had the chance.

Well, I didn't really ponder into the relationship of Dumbledore and Grindewald. I just took it in a stride that they were good friends, and I left it as that.

I used to think he was evil. But then I felt really bad for him after I learned what happened between him and Harry's mom. But anyways, I love his name! It's so cool and fun to say! Snape Snape Snape Snape...

ok i thought he was good but then i saw the new movie today and i was like "WHAT THE HECK IS HE DOING THAT FOR??? DUMBY TRUSTED HIM!!!"

i really didnt like him from the start. like how he was soooooo rude to harry!! that is unfair!

Yeah once you read the 7th I felt so bad for him. It was so cute the whole Lily relationship, I can see why he hated Harry you know since he partly came from James. D: James was mean! But when you read the 5th it reasurres you to like James so my emotions have turned into a hamburger pattie XD

yeah in the 3rd book i learned that james and his "possey" made fun of him. always the unhappy people turn out mean! hey but do you guys like lupin???
