message 1: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) a beautiful forestry area where most wildlife live.

message 2: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Matilda curled up under a large rutted tree, that she called home, with a small red fox who had learned to fallow her around.
She stroked the foxes head, "there, there friend, all is over now," she whispered, her voice smooth as a calm river.
Not long ago Matilda and her small fox had been running from hostels who life around her. they were unable to keep up with her, but they managed to frighten the small, furry creature.

message 3: by Mpiggy (new)

Mpiggy Belladonna walked through the trees slowly. Thinking that know one would be around to hear her, she sang softly but loud enough for the birds to sing with her. She smiled at a bird who had fluttered down to a lower branch and sang with it before moving on through the trees again.

message 4: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) The fox's head shot up and looked around, it could hear singing.
"whats wrong?" Matilda asked.
The fox looked out from the thick roots, but saw no one.

message 5: by Mpiggy (new)

Mpiggy Bell continued her little stroll as she sang. She heard some little chirping and looked up, noticing a nest and a couple tiny bird heads poking up from the twigs. She continued singing softly as she slowly climbed the tree to take a better look at the little baby birds.

message 6: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) The small fox's eyes began to feel heavy, the song was like a lullaby to a tired little creature.

message 7: by Mpiggy (new)

Mpiggy Bell reached the nest and looked into the nest, still singing sweetly. The baby birds tweeted with her and she saw a bird flying down to them. It landed and joined in the song, not worried about her possibly taking her chicks. Bell wouldn't take them of course, she just loved to see new life around. After a few minutes of singing with the small family of birds, she climbed down and giggled. Then she continued walking and singing, looking up into trees occasionally now.

message 8: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Matilda waited for the small fox to fall asleep before she climbed out of the tree's roots to find berries- or anything really- to eat.

message 9: by Mpiggy (new)

Mpiggy Bell stopped singing as she came upon a creek. She bent to take a drink and splash her face with water. She stood up again and continued walking, but didn't start singing again. But when she heard the chirping of the birds, she couldn't help but join in again.

message 10: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Matilda walked slowly threw the forest, being sure not to be spotted by anyone who could hurt her.
she gathers a handful of berries and slipped them into her side-bag.
she heard birds singing and debated on getting eggs, but she felt it would be cruel to just take babies from a mother.

message 11: by Mpiggy (new)

Mpiggy Bell heard more birds join in the song and was suddenly filled with extreme happiness. This feeling always eventually filled her when she sang and sometimes it ended in her fainting, but she dismissed the thought. She sang clearer and louder than before, and began skipping around a tree.

message 12: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Matilda heard singing and quickly jumped behind a tree. She glanced around and saw no one, so she sprinted to a close tree. She did this servile times, trying to get farther from the singing, but she didn't manege to put much distance between her and the lovely voice.

message 13: by Mpiggy (new)

Mpiggy Bell began to see black spots blurring the edge of her vision and she knew she should stop singing and skipping, but was just too excited to be singing with so many birds. She stumbled and, as she righted herself, saw roots poking out of the ground and thought, maybe it wasn't the greatest idea to be singing in the forest. Then she collapsed, blacking out, hitting her head on the ground.

message 14: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Matilda heard a thud, and the singing stop. Panic and fear raced threw her, without thinking she ran towards the area where the singing came from.
She found a girl laying on the ground. She wasn't sure what to do, so she carefully carried/dragged her to safety.
Matilda laid the girl on her fur bed, and hoped the girl would be ok, and wasn't dangerous.

message 15: by Mpiggy (new)

Mpiggy Bell woke up a little while later. As usual, when she woke from a fainting, she jerked up, looking around wildly. But, again as usual, she sat up too quickly and a wave of nausea passed over her. She slowly dropped on her back again, with a hand to her hand, eyes squinted shut, and a moan escaping her lips.

message 16: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) The small fox nuzled up to the girl's thigh.
"a-are you okay?" Matilda asked from behind a thick root.

message 17: by Mpiggy (new)

Mpiggy Belladonna searched for the voice, but was still adjusting. Again she sat up, but slowly this time. Once she felt better she looked around again, forgetting for a moment about the question asked, as she saw the fox.

message 18: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) the fox looked up at her with large brown eyes, it scanned the girl's face and hoped she was okay.

message 19: by Mpiggy (new)

Mpiggy "Aww," Bell gushed. "You are so cute!" she said, immediately melting in the gaze of the little fox.
