Well I finished it!!! I kinda read from around 20% to the end in like 2 days- I got super into it :P

Wow you blew through it! I am at 90% now, but the closer I get to the end, the faster I read, it is to exciting now!

Well I feel really bad for Ember, but I think I feel worse for Chase!

Poor Chase and the guilt he has to live with :(

And totally!!! Chase was by far my favorite character. He had so many levels to him, and he was just perfect. I really liked how we were seeing the book from Ender's perspective though. It definitely worked.

Agreed!!!! Chase was my fav too and seeing him from someone else's eyes makes him more mysterious/personal at the same time. Great read, can't wait to hit the end!

Exactly my opinion!!! We'll definitely have to talk more when you finish then :)

Ahhhhh!!! I just finished it!
I can't believe Chase got himself beat up to save Ember. And I know why she didn't shoot Tucker, but I wanted her to so bad!!

Totally!! But I thin know Tucker has to live knowing that he failed. That was his big job, and he completely failed at it. And I can't believe it took Ember so long to realize how awesome Chase is- he's done so much for her!!

Yes you are right! But I feel like Ember is still not fully in love with Chase, even in the end when Chase finds her, she still says she feels "fear and happiness" with him. I think this is just the beginning of a very complicated relationship. Will you be reading the next one?

I know right...they definitely do have a complex relationship and I totally feel bad for Chase the whole time. EMber was an interesting enough character, but I love reading about Chase. I really wonder what his perspective would be like to read from. And definitely!! I plan on reading it soon, but I have a lot of other books too :P

OMG same!! I have 22 books I bought in the past like 2 months lol I need to read faster!

I have the EXACT same problem!! I got like 20 books from my library, and I'm slowly working my way through them- and so many are series, so finishing it just adds to my to-read pile :P

same I can name a few series I have to read: divergent, percy jackson, this one, protocol, passage, trespass, city of bones.... list goes on

Haha same- just saying you should definitely read Percy jackson!!! And Divergent!! :D

Well I have read all Percy Jackson books up until the curse of Athena, but I forgot what happened so I will have to re-read it. And I think I will start Divergent today!

Haha- I'm reading Mark of Athena right now!!! If you need summaries of the other books and don't want to bother rereading, they all have little plot paragraphs in wikipedia!! And nice- you'll have to tell me what you think of Divergent then :P

You know I knew about Wikipedia and it never occurred to me until now, thanks!!!!!!!! You just saved me a ton of time lol. I think Percy's and annabeths relationship is the best I've seen in any book. But that's just my personal opinion. I literally just started reading divergent now!

No problem!! I needed a refresher before I started, and the summaries were just great!!! :) Haha yeah- my sister is OBSESSED with percy and annabeth!!! They do have a pretty awesome relationship, although they're probably my top 15 or so- not top 5 or anything. Haha nice- it's pretty epic :)
