There will be three, kin of your kin, who hold the power of the stars in their paws...Says nothing about them being littermates, And they're actualy linked through Cloudtail.
spoiler alert:
Hollyleaf isn't part of the Three. in the Omen of the Stars, it reveals who the Third is.

I originally thought that Hollyleaf was part of the three, but as the series went on, I realized she didn't have any power to signify her part in the prophecy. And anyway, the Three aren't supposed to die before the prophecy is fulfilled!
