Nothing is Taboo discussion

Do you believe in in plastic surgery? I do, only if the person has been in an accident of some sort or burned?

I think plastic surgery is a big risk but if someone wants to they should be able to. It allows people o correct things they are insecure about and make them feel better about themselves.

I don't see a thing wrong with it, whether it's a necessity or a want. I do think that some people do go overboard with it.
