That's a tough one, but I'll have to say Thalia, cause she's got the lightning and is great with a bow and arrow.

Percy because he can summon the waves to deflect lightning or knock Thalia off her feet before she can summon lightning. Percy can also drown thalia or knock her out. Water also revive percy. Percy can also summon massive waves like fist to smash thaila to the ground

Percy Jackson vs Jason Grace

I think Carter would win in a heartbeat. Percy only has sword fighting skills (which Carter also has), and Carter has magic. He could say the "miss" spell used in the Throne of Fire by Alyssa. That would let Carter win very quickly. In a place without water, Percy would be in big trouble.

He doesn't need to be near water, he can summon it

So Percy's gonna win because he's cuter?

I still think Carter would win because he could put out water very easily with a fire spell. Also, if he could summon water, why didn't he summon some in Tataurus when they were almost dying of thirst. Anyway, the Egyptians have way more advantages.

But she's the more skilled one. It'll be a really tough fight, no wonder in that. But Thalia is the daughter of Zeus and also the Hunters of Artemis Always beat up the Campers.
