Hi everyone, my name is John. Legend of the Black Knight is my first book, and I am very excited to finally have it out of my mind and out in the world! I am a big fan of comics, and action movies, so I set out to write a story with lots of action, and suspense, coupled with a little sci-fi, and some good old fashioned humor. Here's the synopsis:

The Legend Begins...Guns, bullets, explosions, car chases, fights, and half-naked women! Hell Yeah! If you love em like I do, then this is the book for you! For over fifteen years, an organization of domestic terrorists known as, THE ORDER OF THE 21ST CENTURY, are infiltrating the governments of the world and growing in power. Without mercy, they eliminate anyone that poses a threat to them and the organizations true objective is their most closely guarded secret. Now, 15 years after the Order tried to eliminate them, two men; Admiral Jonathan Maclintock, and Commander Victor Knight, have emerged from hiding to take down the Order. Their organization, THE 25TH LEGION, is no match for the Order in numbers, but they have an advantage that Order doesn't. A man named, Vincent Knight. After making the impossible choice to leave everything and everyone he'd ever known or loved behind, Vincent volunteers to take place in a high risk experiment and devote his life to the Legion. He is told that if he survives the experiment, he will possess abilities that will enhance his mind and his body. However, his abilities do not come without a price. Armed with advanced weaponry and technology from the Legions base in Manhattan, Vincent, along with two of the Legions best combat veterans; Chief Jimmy Callahan and Staff Sergeant Frank Connors, go head to head with the Order to try and put an end to their reign of terror. Join me as I take you on the epic journey of a man without a past, as he struggles to gain control of his extraordinary new abilities, and fight in a war that's true purpose he does not fully understand.

I self-published through Outskirts Press, and its available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble in paper back, Kindle, Nook, and EBook. LBK is the first book in a three part series. I think so, but I'm pretty sure my opinion is a bit biased considering I wrote it. lol! What I really want is other people's opinions. I've had a few people read it, and they said it was great, but...I know most of them. I'm not saying they'd lie to me, I'd just like, I guess you'd say, a more outside perspective.

I am reading it now and can say that it is good so far. I'll post a full review once I finish the book.
William - you have a book out as well, don't you?

I read your synopsis on The Symbiot Awakening. Sounds pretty cool. Where can I get it?

No actually printed copies? Any plans to do so? I haven't moved into the realm of ebooks yet...

I recommend createspace if you ever do make paperback copies. And the best part, is its free :D

Whoa. I spent $1,000.00 bucks to self-publish without any marketing included. Starting to think I should have done a little more research before I published.

I still like the look and feel of the paperback, but I'm sure that I'll modernize at some point. And when I do I want to read your book William. It does sound interesting.

Oh yeah. Several. I doubt I'll ever run out of things to write about. :)
