Hello! I'm new to Goodreads and i'm just starting to have a hang on this! Well I have read a lot of vampire books lately and I wanted to start something new! I would like the werewolf or shifter books to be a series with no more than 6 books!! thanks I hope to have a lot of comments for this:)

1.
vampire-novel2. Anything by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes (she had a shifter series and a vampire "series" they mostly just have a few things in common you could read all her vampire stories as singular books.)
3.
(pretty nifty little mini book series very orginal)I'll try and think up some more I'm drawing a bit of a blank at the moment on a few books titles. lol
it is a good book and its just with wolf and then with like witches? maybe. But i was glad there were no vampires in it
I haven't read anything with witches before, that's sounds really original it,s better than reading another vamp series I read too much of them already haha
Here you go:YA:
1) The Mortal Instruments:
2) The Infernal Devices*:
3) Wolves of Mercy Falls:
4) Grey Wolves:
*Prequel series to The Mortal Instruments
Hi Kristina,You could also try Patricia Briggs, her books are shortish, so a good quick read the first book is called "moon called"
Try Kelly Armstong BittenI like Keri Arthur books Riley Jenson series but she has a dragon shifter series too.Destiny Kills
Full Moon Rising
if you like the dragons Katie MacAlister has some great options!
Katie MacAlister
oh no it's alright I just got confused because I didn't know haha welcome to Goodreads by the way!:)

I would definitely recommend Patricia Briggs as well...the Mercy Thompson series is one of my favorites!
From all the reviews I saw of the Patricia Briggs books I think i'll definitely read that. after i'm done with a different series that i'M reading now. I'm excited for this series!
A bit of shameless self promotion, but you might try my new novel. :)The Wolf at His DoorWerewolf and M/M romance, so you know what you'd be getting into. :)

well the caged series by Amber Lynn Natusch are pretty good they have werewolves I love this series....
There's a fantastic author named Jacqueline Rhoades that has an awesome shifter series (The Wolvers). There are three right now.
The Alpha's Mate
The Alpha's Choice
The Alpha's Daughter
They're full length novels and only 2.99, so they're really affordable too:)
AND if you feel like going back to vamps as some point she also writes a pretty cool vamp series as well. (Guardian's of the Race)
Hi, Kristina. I have a (perhaps unusual) recommendation. There is a book titled, "Terrifying Transformations" that is a collection of werewolf stories from the Victorian age. It offers something quite different from the usual--a little challenging sometimes, but very intriguing.

"Sounds interesting, Chuckles. But when you say "totally different," what do you mean? Different in what way?
I just picked Beasthood up, it was free for kindle not sure how long that deal will be available.on another note, a decent YA shapeshifter series would be The Shapeshifters: The Kiesha'ra of the Den of Shadows
or Hemlock Grove has a nice werewolf, paranormal setting. haven't gotten the book yet its still being shipped :( but the show was on Netflix and it was amazing!
