Add any pedagogy-related books that you would like ot share.

Hi everyone
I am new to this group and have spent 23 years as a school librarian in Melbourne, Australia. I am now moving out of the primary/secondary sector into the education of adult learners. Does anyone have any sure fire titles that may be of interest - I have discovered teaching adults (esp. in a vocational context) is vastly different to working with students.
Any ideas gratefully accepted.
