Lois walked in, fixing her hair as she entered before her studious husband, walking up the stairs towards her office.

Lois began her work on her latest story over the dissappearance of Metropolis's lakes when she saw a young woman run into Clark's office and she frowned.

"M...Mr. White wants to run an article featuring your writing tomorrow. So...find something interesting!" she called, running back out of sight as Lois glanced over and smirked.

"Rush job? Good luck," she chuckled, shaking her head and turning back to her work.

A hold up at the mayor's house. Hostage situation. The screen read

She nodded, silently paying he would be okay and return safely, yet remaining calm. (um...idk)

She watched, smiling as some people clapped for Superman, looking down at her desk

She leaned on her elbows, sighing and watching him and chuckling quietly. "Humble, humble," she smiled, laughing and looking down.

She sat with one leg tucked under her, typing furiously with a pencil behind her hair before she looked over, sensing his eyes on her, smiling demurely.

She soon finished, packing her briefcase and standing, smoothing her skirt.

She met him, her hand on his arm as she smiled, placing her red lips on his cheek briefly as she smiled.
