The inside..

Max walked out of the school to an adjacent building, the Creature Knowledge class. It looked like a cottage in a mystical forest, but inside, it was all futuristic. Max got a table and sat there, placing his tablet on the holder. His spriggan, Sprig, curled around his shoulders in the form of a wisling, a winged snake that could travel through time. Sprig flew down and took the form of a white tiger. "Sprig is feeling active." She announced, before pacing the room.

Brooke walked in, then was startled to see a white tiger. "Max, you shouldn't let Sprig always use the white tiger form. Remember the latest time she became a tiger?" Brooke said, smiling at Max. The last time Sprig had been a tiger, students scattered, some shrieking and screaming in terror.

Raven walked in, thinking this class was even worse. Everything around her started to talk to her, giving her another migraine. She popped her headphones on and blasted the rock music at ear splitting volume, then only way to block out the chatter.

((The teacher's name is Virgoth. He is really evil looking. He hates changelings. Especially those who does mind stuff. The lesson is pick a creature from a box and examine it throughly. Try to teach it a trick. You can pick your own Bounder Faerie if you want. ))

((Sure. Do you play him or I will?))

"Ugh, I don't care if it's a white tiger or rabbit. Just get it out of my sight," Alec snapped at Max and Sprig as he made his way into the classroom as other students filed in. Elliot among them.

Elliot felt giddy, everyone's excited thoughts about class drowning his own. He couldn't think. He caught swears from Alec, thoughts about Max from Brooke, white tigers from Max and rock music from Raven. Much more came in soon. He groaned to himself, though he barely heard it. Why don't I have any earphones? was all he thought before Professor Virgoth marched in.

Sprig snarled at Alec, before leaping at him. "Sprig no!" Max shouted but Sprig had already tackled the boy to the floor.

Raven turned her music off and booted her tablet up. Brooke sighed, before choosing the seat next to Raven.

((Okay, but I'm desperate to do my homework, so I'll take some time to reply. Sorry.))

"Get him off-" Alec started to yell before a long hand grabbed Sprig off the blond boy and shoved the animal into a cage. Professor Virgoth an evil-looking teacher stood towering above Alec. "Get to your seat, Farra. I've heard about you a lot. And I can't say the news have been good," the man snapped and Alec dashed for a seat.

The professor than turned to the front of the class and slammed Sprig's new-found cage onto Max's table along the way. "This may be Creature Knowledge class, Summer, but I do not tolerate pets, understood?" he added as he stood in front of the gathered students. "Good morning, I am Professor Virgoth. Anyone who misbehaves will have detention. Or worse."

Max nodded slowly. Sprig hissed at Virgoth and turned into a snake, before slithering out of the cage and sitting beside Max.

Detention.. Raven thought very sarcastically.

Brooke was shocked. She didn't really know why the school had hired such a strict teacher. She made a mental note to ask her dad.

"Now, I demand silence. Anyone else besides me that utters a word without being requested or permitted to do so will have detention for the whole week. Our first activity today is to examine a creature inside a box and teach it how to do tricks. A simple activity, anyone who fails to pass my expectations will stay back after class to clean up. Understood?" Professor Virgoth said with a strict expression on his face.

Max nodded, casting glances at Sprig. Brooke nodded, not wanting to get detention. Raven, being the rebel she was, inwardly rolled her eyes but nodded. Is this really a class? More like Detention Class. Raven thought, as she looked at the teacher. She didn't care who heard her. She wanted to be able to express what she thought in her own head.

Elliot heard rude retorts from a few students, example, both Raven and Alec, who were known for their rebellion. Virgoth just pointed at both Max and Brooke and snapped at them to hand out the boxes lying piled up on the teacher's desk. "Hand them out. Make sure you don't shake, drop or tear. It annoys them," was all he said before returning to his armchair behind the silver desk.

Max looked at Brooke and they gulped before gingerly handing each box out to every student.

Raven stared at her box. The box told her the creature inside was NOT friendly at all. Like I needed to know that. She snorted in her mind.

"GET ME OUT OF HERE!" roared the animal inside Elliot's box. Though it didn't scream aloud, it screamed into Elliot's head, like he knew Elliot was sensitive to that. "Hush. It's going to be alright," Elliot tried to soothe the animal. "Yeah, like I'll believe- Wait, you have telepathy too? You're officially my friend, friend," answered the creature. But poor Alec, his was just like himself.

"I DEMAND YOU RELEASE ME!!! I DO NOT LIKE TO BE IN THIS STINKING BOX ALL DAY YOU KNOW!!!" the faerie in Alec's box yelled out loud. Then the banging started and fist-like shapes formed here and there along the box's surface.

"STUPID CHANGELING!! LET ME OUT!!!! NOW!! I DONT CARE IF YOU ARE PAINED BY THE BOX SHOUTING AT YOU, GET ME OUT!!" Raven's faerie screamed. She cringed, her ears almost bleeding at the loudness.

Max had gotten a gentle creature, which looked like a cross between a fox and an eagle. it chirped at him before looking at him.

Brooke had gotten a wicked looking but gentle creature, which looked like an alligator mixed with a spider.

Gingerly opening up the box, Alec peeped inside just then, a male faerie flew out a punched him in the eyes. "Hey, stop-" Alec was about to say when the faerie screamed, "'STOP'? HA, PATHETIC MORTAL! YOU DESERVE THE WORST OF MY WRATH! HUA-TA!" The faerie started pounding at Alec's bicep and the boy gave out yelps of pain.

Elliot opened up his box to see a male faerie too, this one looked a lot like Alec's and Elliot soon found out why. "Hey! Bro!" Elliot's faerie yelled at Alec's. "Yeah, Bro Loki?" Alec's cried back. Loki grinned and waved for the other faerie to come closer and so he did. "Bro Hades, this one talks in heads. Like us," Loki whispered to Hades, who had fiery red hair while his brother had green.

Natsu wrote: "(( bye.. See you tomorrow ))"

Brooke's faerie had fallen asleep on top of her head. Max's faerie cuddled into him, making Sprig hiss in jealousy. Raven's opened her box, and saw a tiny faerie with a huge mouth. It scampered up to her ear and began to scream. "YOU IDIOTIC CHANGELING!! I WILL MAKE YOUR EARS BLEED!!" The faerie yelled right into her ear. She yelped and pushed it away.

((Hi.))

"Hello," Elliot said into the two faeries' heads and they grinned, both sending back the same messages, "Yo, bro. You're in our circle now. The green-head is Loki, the red-head is Hades." Elliot smiled and started a conversation with them that was only interrupted when Alec stepped in and snatched Hades into his hands.

"LET GO OF ME, YOU BRAT!" the faerie yelled, starting to thump Alec's fingers with his own fists. When Alec didn't react the way the tiny thing wanted him to, the faerie bit hard into the student's flesh. Yelping out in pain and stepping backwards, Alec let go of the faerie, who instantly started going insane.

Fire balls were thrown all over and faerie-yells erupted in the air. Soon, all the mischievous little beings-which were a lot-were flying about, pulling hair and pinching skin, crashing glass and kicking tables over, teasing and making faces towards students.

Raven's creature, who had rudely introduced itself as Mock, started to fly around, before crashing into Professor Virgoth. Am I in trouble now?? Raven thought, looking at the professor, who's face was visibly annoyed.

Max's faerie had been behaving itself. Same went for Brooke's faerie.

Virgoth snatched the faerie out of the air and held him tightly inside a gloved hand. "SILENCE!" he snapped, and all the faeries stopped in midair for a moment, before returning to their own 'masters'. "Who. Owns. This. Faerie?" the professor snarled, holding up Mock before using his other hand to lash out for another faerie flying past him. Loki squirmed in the gloved hand, now alongside Mock, in the same hand. Soon, he gave up and just sighed. "Hey, Mock brother. How's today? What crappy 'master' did you get this time? Mine speaks in heads like me," he said, turning to face the other faerie with a grin. Which, didn't last long. There was a zapping crack and Loki's unconscious body fell to the floor with a soft thud. In the professor's hand was a short electrical zapper with little tuffs of smoke drifting out. All the other faerie gasped in shock. "I repeat, which two of you own these two faeries?" Virgoth demanded.

Raven gulped. She stood up. "I own one of them." She said loudly, staring at the professor.

Max stared at the professor, then to Loki's unconscious body. He was shocked.

Brooke froze, looking at the faerie. She wished the professor would be calmer, and gentler to the creatures.

Elliot stood up too, though calmly and indifferently. He had been treated this way for all is life. This was considered a praise back in his town. "I own the one you just zapped," he said, looking at Virgoth in the eye. The professor pursed his lips and announced that the two had a lengthened detention for today and the rest of the week.

((Class dismissal? Or is there more they should do?))

((Hmm.. Something scary.))

Raven cursed the professor somewhere in a part of her head where no one could reach. She nodded at what the professor had just said.

((Hmmm, like?))

Elliot just accepted the punishment and sat, eying the poor Loki, who laid on the cold floor, mouth slightly open and wings sizzled nearly to a crisp. "I'm sorry, Loki. I should have helped," he apologized to the faerie before diverting his attention back to the strict and cruel professor who harmed such a small being without hesitance.

Raven stared at the professor, determined not to show emotion at all and just gave him a bored look. She looked at Mock, who glared at her. I HELP YOU AND THIS, IS WHAT I RECEIVE?!" Mock's fur screamed into her head.

The bell rang sudden and some students gave a jerk of surprise. Virgtoh, however, just growled in annoyance. "Class dismissed. Get those faeries into their boxes and hand them back to me," he snapped, shoving Mock and Loki into different spare boxes on his table.

Elliot, who had no faerie now, packed up his stuff and left the classroom, along with some others towards the Training room where he would put himself to the test physically. Which, was bad news. He wasn't the only one thinking the same thing.

Alec groaned and trudged out of the door, he hated anything to do with PE or physical training. He would rather sit down in class and study than to jog rounds. Ugh, why didn't he get a choice? And besides, he had no powers. It wasn't a fair fight at all!

Raven packed her stuff before walking out. At last, a class with a pretty much.. easygoing teacher?? All she was worried about was what if her power started acting up??

Max grimaced. Once he had packed his things and walked out, he started thinking about the training fights. He thought about his Skyfire and The Codex for a reason.

Brooke had no problem with duelling, since she could heal rapidly.
