Savannah held her backpack strap loosely as she entered the classroom. Her feet lazily made her way to a seat near the back. Upon arrival she set the bag down and slid into the chair. With a small groan she turned expectantly towards the front of the class. Here we go...
Paige walked into class with a camera to document her new school. He bag on her side and her rotating as she explains herself entering the new class since she saw all the seat were taking except one she took it and put the camera back in her bag and said "Hello, my name is Paige".
Snapped out of her daze, Savannah eyed the girl beside her curiously. "Hey, I'm Savannah." She did a small head nod, letting a warm smile slip onto her lips. She noticed the camera hanging from the girls neck. "Are you a photographer?" She questioned bluntly, though not unkindly.
Paige smiled,"I am film maker but I do Photography time to time"." So are you from here?" asked Paige.
Savannah's eyes went a bit wide as the girl spoke, impressive. "No, I'm not." Savannah spoke it slowly, thinking about whether or not the information about where she was from would be useful. "I use to live in Maine." Surprisingly she didn't really miss Maine.
Paige beamed " so your new here? So am I! I thought I would be the only new here and I got sort of nervous". Paige was excited to tell her brother there someone new here as well.
"Look's like you guessed wrong." Savannah watched the girl with amusement. She turned around to pull out a pencil, which she set gingerly on her desk. After that, she turned to look at Paige again. "I think we will like it here."
"I hope so the other places were nice but I never really got to settle down anywhere" sighed Paige. She got out her notebook and pen and waited for the teacher to speak.
Savannah listened as she spoke, wondering why she never got to settle down. At least Savannah had, had the opportunity to make friends and have a life in Maine. "Where did you move from?" She questioned casually, hoping the girl didn't care if she asked.
"New york city to Rio to Buenos aires, to La to London to well you get the point my parent's job required us family to move around a lot" Paige said as she brought out a small book of photo's from her bag. "The people in the cover is Me,My brother, and my parents when we were under Big Ben".
Savannah's mouth opened wide, as she gaped incredulously. "You've lived in all those places?" She was in a daze, a well a bit jealous. Savannah hasn't ever been out of the states. She scooted over, to see the book. "You have such a cute family."
Paige smiled,"yeah it might be fun but then it gets really tiring and thank you I was going to meet my brother after class do you want to meet him?" Paige like Savannah she is a bittersweet reminder of the normalcy that she wish she had.
"Sure, I'd love to meet him!" Savannah nodded happily, pleased with her new friend. Moving all the time did sound tiring, but yet it seemed better then her own life.
"so now enough with me how was Maine for you?" asked Paige realizing she over talked herself. She nearly off of her seat excited to hear what Savannah was going to say.
"Maine" Savannah chuckled, biting her lip. "It's really quite boring there. But yet, someone such an ordinary place can be extraordinary. I really liked it there." As she spoke, her fingers unconscienly played with the end of her shirt.
"do you miss it?" ask Paige wondering what Maine is like. She always imagine a house with grass in the front but who knows.
"That's a funny question. " Savannah shrugged, almost carelessly. "I miss things about it. Like the wind off the ocean, but I don't long for it every second." She hope Paige would understand what sheeant.
Paige nods " I understand that feeling it hits really close to home actually" As Paige thought about all the times she would miss places for specific reason but not the actual place.
The bell rang loudly, making Savannah jump. "Yeah! That's exactly it." She smiled graciously at Paige, before turning to grab her books.
"I'm coming." Savannah followed behind Paige, not sure what to expect of her brother. Was he nice? Smart? Athletic? She couldn't really guess. With big strides they made it to the door.
((Sorry, it never showed me you updated! And than I forgot ): ))

((hahaha its fine))Paige walked out to door to see her brother in front and said "Nick this is my new friend Savannah, Savannah this is Nick my twin brother" Paige said and smiled.
"Hello Nick." Savannah held out her hand, a warm smile on her face. She felt happy she had already made a friend. Now two.
Nick smiles " Hello Sav, mind if I call you Sav?" he asked. Intrigue of how his sister already made a friend and it was first period.
Savannah shrugged carelessly, a smile on her face. "You can call me whatever you want." Nick looked like a cool guy, and Paige was pretty cool, this seemed like a successful day.
