I'm only a few chapters in but WOW there's so much action! She's just taken the Angel, I wonder what the deal is with him. Where'd her mom go? I feel her mom is just thinking of herself and no one or nothing other then that. I mean maybe it wasn't apparent she was supposed to take Paige but still.

I've read chapters 1-5. So far, I'm liking it. I'm surprised that this author has jumped into the action! I love it when they do that! :3 I'm hoping to read another five chapter today. I'm sorry I'm so behind but I will catch up! :)
Chapters 6-10: Alright here we go! Ee is really good at writing action I've observed! There's nothing I love more than a paranormal romance with great action sequences! It's interesting because in books like Fallen the angels are not described as such dark creatures. So, Ee's interpretation on angels and who they are and what they behave like... thoughts?
Yeah it's quite strange, but in a good way. And they make references like this is how they are in the bible, and so why should they be any different in real life.

But it's so strange because (though I'll never pretend to say I've read the whole Holy Bible) I never imagined angels to be so vengeful and... human! I don't know if you've read Fallen or not but Raffe reminds me a lot of Daniel! <3
And yes, I definitely like that it's different because it is in a good way! Different is awesome and that's part of what really sets this book apart!
Yeah I haven't read the whole Bible either. And no I haven't read Fallen, I feel a lot of feedback I hear is negative so I've decided not to.
i haven't read the whole bible either, and it's funny becausr i have it in both English and Spanish. right now i'm currently reading Anna and the French Kiss :):)and they've just been caught kissing Anna and St Clair.

Well, I liked Passion and Rapture the best but overall I loved them! :D I really hope you do read them they are really like any book series: You'll love some parts and you'll hate some parts.
Okay, 11-15. Don't ask me why, but the end of Chapter 15 (SPOILER ALERT) where she gets caught by the guard.... I don't know why but it is making me want to watch Tangled when she and Flynn go into the pub and start singing "I Have a Dream" XD
Chapter 16-25: I'm very surprised that this is so subtly romantic... I kinda like it. Normally when I read a paranormal romance novel I'm looking for the mushy ooey gooeyness that is so nauseatingly sweet that I'm honestly embarrassed to let people know I am reading it! But I like the subtleness of their connection so far. Thoughts?
Just popping in to say, I LOVED this book. It really surprised me. So exciting. I found it really interesting (and brave of the author) that her mother had a mental illness. Made the story more layered, interesting and tension-filled. (I'm super proud to be with her publisher, Skyscape.)

I found it super interesting that SPOILER ALERT Ee put a more scientific twist on a generally more mystical and magical oriented concept. And I didn't care for Raffe through most of the novel until the last five chapters or so where he really shows who he truly is! :')
Yeah I only started liking Raffe around the middle. And even then he annoyed me. Especially when he didn't stop the fight with her an that dude because they were the "rules"! I mean as if he was supposed to know that. He should've done it anyways

This is probably one of the first "star-crossed" love stories I've read where I actually agree with it being "star-crossed". (I'm very skeptical of that term) and the couple of chapters made me cry!!!! I loved that he was still flying over her on the way to safety!
