When Sharks Attack discussion

This is where all the students can hang out, when they're not in class, or working on projects. However, they can use this space to work on homework, and projects.

Lexia walked into the student lounge with a smile on her face.

Johnny was resting on one of the couches. He had exhausted himself, working on a project for extra credit, for his marine biology class.

Lex saw a l boy sleeping on the couch. She went over to the table to study.

Johnny was fast asleep on the couch. His textbooks were open, on the coffee table in front of him, and his work space looked messy.

Lex looked at the mess by the boy. She sighed and started to clean it up.

He rolled over in his sleep, yawning a bit, but not waking up.

Lex stopped when he rolled over making sure not to wake him. Then she continued to clean up.

Johnny shivered a bit, but stayed asleep.

Lex finished cleaning Nd continued to study.

Johnny shivered a bit more.

Lex heard the boy shivering and pulled a little blanket out of her pack that she always kept in case an emergency.

And put it around him.

Renn walked in, flinging her red bangs out of her face. She carried a sea green backpack slung over one shoulder and a large marine textbook under one arm. She knew literally all of it by heart... She was fourteen, and her favourite subject was marine biology. She sat down in the lone and started to read, shy and unsure how to approach other people. She sighed internally. It was always like that. Always.

Johnny snuggled up under the blanket and stopped shivering.

Lex smiled and looked to the new comer. "Hey" she whispered.

She saw a bit sleepingg on the couch next to her. She watched him curiously for a moment, then pulled her hood over her head. She had to always hope that the police weren't around.

Lex shrugged when the girl didn't reply.

Renn smiled, unsure whatshe had to do. "Um, hi." she whispered back.

Lex smiled a walked over and stuck out her hand. " I'm Lexia"

Renn closed the book, and decided to use a fake name, for she was a fugitive from the police. "Luna. Luna starlet. " she shook her hand.

"Nice ta meet ya" she smiled and sat next to her.

"Nice to meet you too." She heaved over her textbook, face flushed in embarrassment. "Sorry about the book," she mumbled. "It's just I love to read and erm, my favourite thing in the world is marine biology.. I've been doing an essay for extra credit."

"Fun' I'm studying for biology" she smiled. "But marine biology seems interesting"

"cool. Marine biology is fun.. I'm alright at it, I guess." she said.

"Me either" lex laughed

Johnny slowly woke up. He sat up, yawned, and looked around the room.

She smiled at the girl. "So... I'm sorry, I'm rubbish at striking up conversations... Girls my age and older tend to hate me, you see."

Renn looked at the boy- 4 years younger than her, she guessed. She shot him a smile.

"Why for? I think your fine" Lex smiled. And looked over at waking up Johnny.

"Really? Thanks." She said.

Lex smiled. "You seem really nice." She smiled again

"Thanks, you too." suddenly a wave of guilt passed over her. "You shouldn't trust me," she said sadly.

"Why not?" Lex frowned at her sad face.

Renn lay back on the couch, tucking a strand of red hair behind one ear. She cleared her throat and squeaked out, "It's a long story."

"I still trust ya" Lex stated.

She blew out. "I'm a fugitive. Wanted by the police for an orphanage. My real names Renn. Renn Willow."

Lex sighed, "But ya see you didn't break my trust. Your past is your past. RIght now i'm your friend and i can help ya," Lex stated.

Johnny smiled at them and opened up a textbook. He quickly got back to work, on his project.

"Thanks," she said.

"And it's nice to meet ya Renn" Lex smiles grew bigger.

"nice to meet you too, Lexi." to Johnny she says ,"Hi. what you doing?"

Lex turns around. "Hi, I see you have waking up"

"Hi. Im Johnny, and Im working on a project for my marine biology class." He told them, without looking up from his book.

"Need some help Johnny? And by the way. I'm Lexia" Lex walked over.

"Yeah, I need help studying some sharks." He told her.

"Okay ill try to help" she sat next to him on the couch.

He handed her a large book. "Here ya go."

LeX eyes widens. "Yup" she nods

Johnny started to read his book.
