ok so their are rivalling families that have gone out of their way to cause havoke on the other causing damage to the people around them, and angered a witch who was so angry that turned the two year old son of one family and the baby daughter of the other. the boy and girl were turned into lions and the families were so alarmed they sent their children into the desert tto live with the other animals, but as the two baby animals grew up they became best friends relying on eachother as they grow into what was like their late teenage years they are turned back into humans 17 years after they were turned into animals

Kara yanked and pulled a zebra with her teeth, she had to do this quickly or it would be taken. SHehad gone to the watering hole to drink and saw the zebra and had to go for it. She pulled it to Zachery through the heat and once she pulled it to him she jumped on him " surprise" she said playfully licking his cheek

Kara gave him a playful happy look " lunch and diner" she said nuzzling him and got of him swishing her tail happily letting him look at her zebra she brought for him. It was nice and plump, not even a baby, though it was hard to drag

Kara tilted her head to the side " yes but i couldnt let another pride take my kill" she said and smiled nuzzling him " not eat before the vultures come " she said. SHe had already had some cause it would make it lighter to drag.

Kara layed down looking around just in case gaurding as he was focusing on eating. Her tail swished happily. She liked making sure she got food for them. Thats the lionesses job anyways they were to supply the food and the males protection. But it was just them. Once Zachery got bigger and the male lion in their pride that accpeted them got wary and he was kicked out so she followed, he was her best friend they were abandoned together and she would never leave him. But it was sometimes hard to hunt without a big pack of lionesses, but she took what she could get and learned to hunt well. very well

Kara looked up at him happy and got up and took her turned with the Zebra. They needed to finnish this zebra before more animals came. she finished off the scraps before dragging it away from them tot he river letting it float down for alligators or vultures. Then she weant back to Zachery and nuzzled him before laying down next to him and layed her head on his front legs.

Kara made a purring noise content nuzzling into him closing her eyes she was happy, he made her feel safe and happy, he protected her. He was all she needed. She layed there with him taking a nap. Until she heard a growl and her eyes opened sleepily and she looked around nuzzling Zachery to wake him and she saw two male lions coming over the hill

Kara stood up stretching a little and she looked at Zachery and backed up but crouched in a defensive stance growling a little. Female lioons usually didn't fight male lions because male lions never needed to hurt female lions they were the source of their food and what bared their children. They were also much bigger. She could easily get killed. But she wouldnt leave Zachery, never. The lions strode forward growling a little.
" do we run?" Kara asked Zachery. do they stand their ground? and maybe get killed?

Kara ran next to Zachery fast, but made sure he didn't stop, she wouldnt leave without him. She knew they were angry about her catch. It wasnt on their land but close to it. And she knew that pack wanted another hunter. Then a female lion jumped out in front of them and Kara growled showing her teeth.

Kara growled at the lioness, they needed to get away and this lioness was blocking them. She was the head lioness, she could tell, she was old too. She swung her paw hitting ther lioness in the eye and she growled and took down the lioness. They rolled around and Kara finnally delivered a fatal blow to this lion. She looked down at thd lioness " i had to " she said sadly and the lioness nodded looking over at Zachery
" but now they'll need another female" she said. The male lionswere too late to gt to this lioness and Kara hopped away and ran to Zachery nudging him and started to run as the lions were destracted with the dying lioness. She knew she was in trouble they'd want a lion to take that lionesses spot. but killing that lioness was the only way for Zachery to get out alive.

Kara ran with him and as they got in the cave to breathed hard and layed down rolling in the grass to disguise her scent before she stood and looked at him shaking her headher eyes watery and sad " i-i had to k-k-kill her" she said shakily. She had never killed another lion. She had killed other animals to survive only to eat. But this felt so... so wrong.

Kara nuzzled her head under his chin nuzzling him " im sorry... im horrible" said she felt so ashamed, she had to keep Zachery alive, they needed that distraction. She couldnt let him get hurt even as a lion her eyes watered. THen she noticed the scratch along her collar bone. She was bleeding. Not to bad, not fatal just wounded

Kara lifted her head for him, she liked when he did this, he was always so sweet, its not lif she would even be able to have rached it anyways though. She layed down with him nuzzling him, she liked to do this, she liked getting his scent on her, it helped when male lions were around it signaled her protector.

Kara nuzzled him in a thank you and she layed on her side with her wound up so she wouldn't be laying on it. Kara loved Zachery, he was always there for her. They had never mated because they were best friends. She had gotten weird looks from other lionesses whenever they saw that she had not mated and had no cubs.

Kara licked his cheek " i never wanna leave you"she said softly to him. He was her everything and she wanted nothing more than what she had. Her head layed nuzzled into his side as she layed on her side.

" always and forever" she said softly. and sleepily she closed her eyes smelling in his scent. she loved nuzzling in to his main it grown in wonderfully he looked powerful and scary sometimes but she knew his soft hear that she loved so much

Kara clossed her eyes taking in his scent and falling into a a slumber, snuggled into him. She loved his ocmforting smell and how protected she always felt with him. he was hers and she was his. This wasnt supposed tobe like this. As lions male lions mated with as many female lions as they could and female lions could bare whoever lions cubs. but she hated thinking he would have cubs with another lioness. or her with another lion. Though they had never talked about having cubs

Kara knew she would only love him, there could never be anyone like him, she couldnt love anyone else, it was unimaginable. but she was supposed to... well she didn't care for what she was supposed to be like she needed him and only him. She napped in his comfort for a short while

Kara started to wake up slowly as the sun weant down. She sleepily opened her eyes and lifted her head nuzzling him and lifted his cheek nuzzling him " did you sleep?" she asked him hoping he didn but she knew why if he didn't. They could have been followed and it might have been dangerous if both of them slept at the same time.

Kara smiled and nuzzled him and then nibbbled pn his ear playfullu as she smiled.

Kara smiled and licked him and jumped up pinning him " bath time " she said happily licking his cheek " you sleep too, you'll need to save your energy just in case" she said licking the top of his head

Kara laughed and started to groom his main, she knew how much he loved it, it showed how powerful he was, she loved it too.

Kara pushed him so he was laying on his side and she groomed him after doing his main she licked his face and cheek and chest and back

Kara smiled knowing he liked this. He used to try and push her away when she did this to him as cubs. They had to do this to eachother cause no othre lioness was willing to. She loved that he finnally accepted it

Kara jumped up putting her paws on his stomach " Sleep!" she said and laughed licking him " you need to sleep ill watch" she said nuzzling him

" yessss im sure. i slept im all good she said and nuzzled him and licked him " sleep" she ordered

Kara licked him clean as he slept and then layed down next to him laying her head on the top of his head over his soft mane and kept her eyes on the entry way of the cave.

Kara felt him wake and lifted her head adn licked his cheek smiling

Kara smiled " you dont want to sleep longer" she asked biting on his ear

Kara smiled and sat up slowly then jumped on him playfully biting his ear

Kara bit his ear playfully again and thrusted her paws into his mane,

Kara pawed his face, her clasws were in so it wouldn't hurt him. She bit his shoulder lightly, she knew he liked being in charge but sometimes she liked to challenge him, in a playful way

Kara rolled with him as she nipped his ear and lightly bit at his cheek playfully

Kara wrestled biting playfully where she could and pawing at him

Kara pinned him and pulled on his ear " your horrible" she said you give up so easy" she said

Kara nipped at him " dont let me win" she smiled and nuzzled him " what is it Zachery" she said softly

Kara got all tingly and she looked up at him surprised, shocked actually, they had never talked about cubs or anything. she looked up at him, she would always be honest with him. She nodded " i would " was allshe could say as she looked up at him

Kara looked up at him trying to figure out what he was thinking. did he want to expand there pride? did he want to find another lioness to cary his cubs? was he going to send he back to the other pride. She didnt want cubs with another lion as she came to realize

Kara got up uneasily and she walked outside " im gonna go hunt ill be back as soon as i can" she said and did there usuall nuzzling they did before she left to spread his scent on her more
