Who are your favorite heroines and why?

annabeth chase, shes smart and she never gives up :D
also rose hathaway, the character development throughout the VA series is amazing, and I love her new personality

Hermione Granger! She's not afraid to be who she is, and doesn't let anything or anyone break her confidence. She's both feminine and a brave warrior. She's also an unyielding, trustworthy friend. I really admire her.

Annabeth and Hermione are both AWESOME :D :D :D
I also love June from Prodigy- she's super smart, but also super intense and athletic.

Hermione granger is my hero. I love rose Hathaway and katniss too!

I love Anne Shirley!

Keladry of Mindelan because she wasn't described as beautiful. She was move average and I appreciated a character that was smart, average in appearance and the underdog. As a character she developed nicely and was believable - she wasn't perfect.

I also like Beka Cooper because she was also a down to earth character that you could relate to. Not perfect but all the stronger for it, just like Keladry.

I have so many favourites: Annabeth Chase, Tris Prior and Beka Cooper.
This is because they are all awesome and i can't choose between them.

Those are all excellent choices...with which I whole-heartedly agree! However I must add Ginny from Little Blue Envelopes.

Hermione Granger because of her smarts, Tris Prior because she's quick thinking and brave, and Hazel Grace because she faces the world head on.
