The YA Dystopian Book Club discussion

So, the YADBC has officially started a Buddy Reads section :D For those of you who don't know what this is, essentially people can mention books they want to read soon and if other people want to read the same book a thread will be created for them (and whoever else) to discuss it! This thread is for people to mention what books they want to read to see if other people are interested :)

Well I'll start!!
Here are some of the books I have right now from the library and would love to buddy read:
Shatter Me, Everlost, Article 5, The Scorpio Races, Fallen, Enclave, TimeRiders, and the 5th Wave :)

I'm in for Enclave as soon as I finish my current read! And I'd also read Article 5 but I might need a few weeks ;)

Awesome! I'll make a new thread for Enclave, and we can start whenever (I've also got other reads going!)

I will be doing a tbr challenge this month for my self. So if anyone wants to read one of these books I am all for it.

I am intrigue with this book. Just looked it up and I do kind of want to read it.

I am not reading Prodigy. I haven't read Legend yet.

Hoping to reading it once I get my hands on Legend. Still don't know when that will be.

I've also been meaning to grab a copy of Fatherland. (I originally read non YA dystopia.)

I'm in for Enclave as well. I'm just starting Fire Country tonight, but if its as good as the rest of David's books I'm sure I won't be able to put it down and would be able to start Enclave whenever.

I'd like to read a dystopian book with somebody! Just tell me what dystopian you're interested in (that I haven't read, of course!) and I'll join in on the fun!!

At the minute am reading delirium I'm planning on reading Uglies next But I'm pretty much read anything I love to read books what they have to choose their destiny :)

The 13th Reality Series? 1st book The Journal of Curious Letters. I have been wanting to read this book for a long time. There one book i want to read more than this and its the Moon Dwellers. I have been dying to read that book!! But i dont own it yet so next up after the Dweller Series is The 13th Reality. Anybody up for it?

I actually was about to start that one about a week a ago after i finished Legend, but i put it down to start the River of Times Series. I'm on the last book in that series but when i finish it, if no one wants to read the 13th reality with me i would be happy to buddy read with you on Prodigy. Courtney, in teh buddy reads folder there's a discussion for Prodigy, so if you want to just check back in there when you want to read maybe you'll find someone to read with. If not there will always be peopel willing to discuss :) And do you want an explanation of buddy reads then? :)

And if you want I'll read the Moon Dwellers with you, if you're willing to wait a few days before we start :)

there's already a 5th wave buddy read if you want to join Cathleen or Courtney :)

And Buddy Reads: You essentially read a book with at least one other person. You can go super relaxed and just talk about the book ocassionally or you can go super intense and plan out how many chapters a day you'll read. The more people the more relaxed it normally is :) Either way if you find one or a few good people to read with you'll have a lot of fun discussions :)

its sound really fun!! When and if i get a book someone is doing a BR with i will MOST DEFFINETLY join!

Awesome- remember that you can occasionally check in and mention some books you'll be reading, and most of the time you'll find someone to buddy read with :D
