I love the idea of The Da Vinci Code because I remember when the movie cane out, and, as usual, my mother wouldn't let me see it.
So we have, Bloodlines, The Knife of Never Letting Go, The Da Vinci Code, and I second the Housekeeper and the Professor. The whole idea of the story is really interesting.

On the 10th? What's the eid day? There are SO many girls at Marsden with their birthdays in the same week as mine (we celebrated my form teacher's birthday today- she gave us freddo frogs), but none have their's on the exact same day.

yes, th 10th! i have an impression that leos are always average geniuses. yes, taht's teh word. average geniuses.
eerrrr.....eid day is exactly like christmas but it doesn't have the same date every year. because it's according to the lunar calender.

what i meant was, that eid is for muslims like christmas is for other people.
I love the idea of having Christmas (or the equivalent)on a different day every year- it means that people who are born on the 24/25/26th like my aunt don't miss out on gifts every year (I know that sounds really materialistic but have you ever not received a gift from someone you so completely expected to? It's heartbreaking, especially when you're too young to understand why).

and it is really cool when you receive it from someone you don't expect! i just recieved some money from an aunt and now i'm gonna save up to buy an e-link reader! woohoo! because i'll get a lot of money on eid too, and i'm the youngest so i don't have to give any! and then i'll be the one who can read all teh books she wants!!!!!!!!!!!
yeah, sorry i get emotional at that topic. :P
I get very emotional about books too. ;)
You don't have to GIVE gifts just because you're the youngest?!?! I want your life! Even my little brother (he's 6) has to give us gifts- they're usually little $2 Shop trinkets, but it's the thought that counts.

well, yeah. i don't have to, i use to make cards when i was younger, but now i don't have any time.
i can but everyone is like "oh, she's our little sister!" so yeah, i'm the spoiled devil of the family!
actually, there is my little niece who is the cutest thing ever, and i would like to give presents to other people specially my mom n dad but then mom comes and says "you don't give gifts bcuz you don't have a job yet!"
i'm like "ok!'
haha
Lucky. My younger sister gives me gifts but they're just stuff that she and no-one else really wants.

P.S. i've got henna all over my hands! i love the smelllllll!!!!!!!!!!!!! yyyyyyyaayaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy
and, i got admission in my fave college! woohoo!!

Ooh. In NZ we call high school the same thing all the way through, and tertiary studies are usually either Polytech, an apprenticeship (apparently the government's trying to make them popular again), or university.

11 and 12 are "higher secondary school" but is just called "college.
and then u get into university.....
but the college i'm going to, is a university but also offers higher secondary school. and oh my god! uptill now, i think it's ging to be like mean girls haha! jk
