Exactly. I don't even think I am appropriate for a mod. If they agree it would be great. I can do the main managing of the group, if they are more busy. :]

Hey, I am a psychology and counseling student. I don't know anything about running groups, but I could help if anyone has questions. I'd like to do that.

hi-de-ho - i'm a psych grad student as well, hoping to finish up my dissertion in Workplace Psychology (officially Industrial and Organizational Psychology) in the next year - my topic of focus in member change in workplace teams - so group dynamics, inter-group relations, team building etc
