Katie chose Mockingjay for me and I chose The Art of Racing in the Rain for her.

I will be reading Russian Dolls which was chosen for me by Ale x

I will be reading Her Fearful Symmetry, chosen by Katrina.

Ale is going to be away for the next two weeks, so I'm not sure which book she ended up choosing, but she will post here when she gets back.

I will be reading The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time chosen by Megan.

I don't either - I've been doing challenges like this for almost a year and this is the first time that someone I partnered with didn't respond - kinda weird but maybe she hasn't logged in.

I did finish The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time and found it okay - I think I gave it 3 stars - I know people rave about this book, but sadly I wasn't one of them. I am glad that I read it though. Oddly enough, I did end up hearing back from Julia - if I have enough time this month I'll read Carry the One based on her recommendation.

Okay, I fail. I will not have finished Her Fearful Symmetry by the end of September, due to slow reading pace and too many on-hold library books coming up at the same time. But I will complete it in October, along with my chosen October book. I'm still really looking forward to reading it.

I finished Mockingjay. For me, this one dragged a bit, especially in the middle, so I didn't enjoy it as much as the other two in the series. I'm still glad I finally finished though, and I did enjoy the ending.

Megan, I felt the same way about Mockingjay. It was good, but it wasn't nearly as good as the other two.
