Yeah it kind of is. I love anything Jane Austen. I love Pride and Prejudice and Emma. I also love To Kill a Mockingbird although idk if it is an actual classic.
I love love love love Pride and Prejudice and Wuthering Heights. Have you guys read A Tale of Two Cities? I really wanna read that!
I haven't read it but I want to. I started reading it but it was overly descriptive so I got a headache. I will definitely read it though just so I can understand what the heck Tessa and Will are talking about in TID.
That's excactly why I wanna read that! From the moment they started talking about this book I was like "I am reading that too!" :P
Haha same. I started reading it for a school project but it was 500+pages on my iPad and was way too descriptive. I decided to slack off on the "Read a Classic and write a book report" so I switched to a shorter Jane Austen novel. I will go back and read A Tale of Two Cities though!
Mine would have to be Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glassand The Phantom of the Opera.
To Kill a Mockingbird, Pride and Prejudice, Lord of the Flies, and A Separate Peace are all surprisingly good for classics.
For some reason I couldn't get through Jane Eyre. My mom told me to read it because it's her favorite book but I couldn't get more than 100 pages in.
The fist half is kinda boring, put if you push through it and get to the part with Mr.Rochester it gets WAY better. It makes me cry.... every time.
Sammmmeee and I haven't even read the legit book,
Just the illustrated classic.
And I saw the movie.

HAE you read TMI by any chance
You HAVE to read Jane Eyre. I've read it like five times and I still LOVES it!Like not as much as modern books, but still.
I have not read TMI yet, but it's next on my list of books to read. My sister is obsessed with TMI, and now she has made me want to read it.
How can you not have read TMI?!!!!!!!!!! YOU MUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel very strongly about this.
I know, I know. I wanted to read TMI this summer but I was so busy working and doing AP summer work that I never had a chance. But I intend to start City of Bones this weekend!
Idk if Simon's your type, you're probably ((*sigh* like most)) a Jace girl, Simon is very... Underappreciated.... BUT HES MY FAVORITE AND THE BEAT AND HE'S SO CUTE AND HOT AND SWEET AND LOYAL AND DEDICATED AND GEEKY AND FUNNT
From how my sister described him, Jace sounds more like my kind of guy. But maybe I'll like them both...

Tell your sister she is an awful person :D
Woah! Don't worry. She posted a comment about it, and lots of people were not happy about that...it became a huge debate.
*gives teary hug* I'm sorry if I offended you!!!!I'm sure you're wonderful, just not right about SIMON!
(but that's okay because I'm wrong about the majority of everything else :D)
