I hate when I book doesn't answer your question.

I hate the horrible, painfully clichè love triangles.

I hate when the author says there won't be a sequel, but then--what do you know? It turns into a whole quartet!

I hate it when a book throws in a really terrible plot twist that the author never refers to again.

I hate it when there's an awkward situation in a book and all you want to do is jump in and save the character from the awkwardness, but you can't so you sit there and despair over the awkward stuff.
