I had completely forgotten about it but I haven't started a new book yet so I'll get going on it right now. Hoping you'll change your mind though...

I have a challenge book to read first and then I'll start this one.

Ok so yeah, so far this one is way better than the past few. Way better. And only one "god, but the man.." thing that annoys me.

On a side note, it must get so old trying to sum up all the past books and the couplings that have happened each time MB writes a new book. It certainly gets old reading it :)

Also, have we ever learned what Steele's name actually is? It drives me crazy when a woman cries out their code name during sex. Learn his name before you bang him, is all I'm saying.

I swear to god if she writes a book about Dolphin and a woman screams that during sex, I will end up throwing my kindle against the wall. That would be the ultimate example though.

we had the same problem in another one of our buddy reads . The guy last name was Breckenridge and everyone called him by his last name. We were wondering what the woman would call him during sex and came up with Brecky! :P

Btw, 66% into the book, she says this: "do you know I don't even know your name? Obviously 'Steele' is your last name and everyone calls you that, but what's your first name?"

At 63% and it is a definite improvement on Cole and PJs story. We learn very little about Maren from the previous books so I didn't know what to expect but I really like her - she has spunk!

Steele is also great - I love it when the dark and brooding, commitment phobes fall fast and hard.
