I will admit that I only recently discovered this author myself through his 1988 book, Emerald Eyes. He writes with a style that recalls Neal Asher and early William Gibson. Clearly, he has a computer background since his extrapolations of future (meaning today) features of the digital world are mostly spot on. I'm on the 3rd book of the author's Continuing Time series and there has so far been no let down. There is only one other book in the series, and the first two chapters of the 5th book but I'm feeling bereft already. How is it possible for such a talent to remain under the radar so long?
