|♟|(view spoiler)[Ethan Oliver Greyson was born on a cold December morning to a John and Mary Greyson, a healthy 9-pound baby boy with his mother’s eyes. The Greyson trio lived a happy life; they weren't rich by any means but made enough to scrape on by, living on a small farm outside an equally small town. Ethan was the pinnacle of a good son, helping around the farm, going to church every Sunday, and getting into none of the trouble at school like many boy’s of his age where. But every high must have its low, and it hit the Greyson family hard. John David Greyson, a young man of only twenty-nine left his six year-old son and wife Mary to join the army, to help with the quickly growing war, and to do his part for his country. Ethan and Mary continued to live a fairly normal life but after a few months after Jon departure, Mary found out she was pregnant. As Mary’s pregnancy when on, Ethan had to step up and help around the house more, taking most of the chores onto himself, both were worried that John would make it home in time to see his new child being born. At the end of Mary’s nine months, she and Ethan were rushed into the local ER, her labor was long and harsh but twelve minutes pasted midnight, John Greyson burst into the room and sat by his wife’s side. On the morning of April third, the Greyson’s family gained two little girls, Lily Faith Greyson and Rose Hope Greyson; the small trio grew into a family of five. John stayed home with Mary after that to help her with the newly born twins, months past, money grew tighter and grey hairs were gained. But John still had a job to do, he need to finish his service and with the girls nearing the age of two and Ethan himself on the eve of sixteen, John left for the second time. Ethan started to fall into the wrong crowds, staying out late turned into partying and stealing, he quickly noticed he had a skill for stealing. One night, Ethan went to a friend’s party, he had always been one to stay away from alcohol but enough peer pressure could condemn even a saint. It was the middle of the night when Mary had to pick up a very drunk Ethan from the Police station for underage drinking and disturbing the peace. During the drive home, Ethan was drifting between wake and asleep, slumped against the cold window. About half way home, bright lights, the sound of a horn, and the screech of metal on metal jolted himself wake along enough to see the fear in his mother’s eyes before everything became black once again. Ethan awoke to find himself in a hospital bed with nothing more then a few bruises and scratches, although his mother wasn't as lucky. Mary had hit her head on the steering wheel and the seat belt had dug into her shoulder, but no one knew she was also pregnant for the third time. Between the injuries and the stress from the car crash, it was her life or the baby’s, and she chose the baby’s. Mary Elizabeth Greyson was strong enough to deliver the small, pre-mature baby boy, naming him Noah John Greyson and wish her two sons a long, happy life before passing peacefully away, Ethan at her side with tears streaking his cheeks and Noah asleep on her chest. Later that day, Ethan took Noah home, to that small farm house where he grew up, needing to be away from all the sad stares and kind words of remorse at the hospital, lucky the girls had been at a friends house for the weekend. But even with all that had happen, life still had to throw another curve ball. Walking up the steps to his house Ethan noticed a small letter, addressed from the army which made his heart sink, the letter told of his father and how his plane was shot down over the ocean, John David Greyson was MIA –Missing in Action- with little chance of being alive. Within twenty-four hours, Ethan and his three siblings became orphans. This left Ethan as the sole care-taker of Lily, Rose, and newborn Noah, Having heard horror stories of children in foster care and sibling often being split up, Ethan decided to not tell any one of his parents death. History: Mason was born and raised in Southern California. Mason was born in a hospital on July 9th. His mother loved very much. When he was seven, he noticed that he had a different eye color from his parents. His eyes are green while his parents' eye colors are brown. He was a bit confused by this discovery, but he acted like he knew nothing. Until then, he lived like a normal boy. but his brain matured faster than others.

When he was, at least, thirteen, he approached his mom about the subject of his eye color. He knew that it wasn't because of genes since he looked at the family photo album and no one had green eyes except for some -in-laws. His mother tried to make excuses, but he didn't believe them. Finally, his mother told him the truth.

When his mom was younger (It was one year after she married his father.), she was a singer at a famous and expensive restaurant. There was a man named Douglas Gates. He was a customer there. This man bribed a waiter with money. She didn't know who much. Being pure and naive back then, she was left alone with this man. He was (supposedly) a fan as the waiter told her. But then, before anything happened; before she could stop him, she was raped. She was ashamed of herself for being so stupid. And so, after that, she quit her job there and tried to search for another one.

That was why his parents fought so much that they divorced. It was because of him. Because he was the son of a man that raped his mother. He couldn't believe it. All those years of arguing...because of him...because of Douglas Gates. That was the time, at the age of thirteen, that he decided Douglas Gates was his enemy. He hated that man the most!
