Created in August 1947, only two years after the creation of the Organization, the UNESCO Courier has become a flagship publication, reflecting UNESCO’s concerns and thoughts in articles from around the world.
The magazine has adapted to its time. Since March 2006, it is a monthly on-line magazine that may be read in the six official languages (English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian and Chinese). Each issue consists of a thematic dossier that treats one of UNESCO’s concerns.
