When you control the entire situation. I.E. My character runs up to Your character and stabs them thirty times, killing them instantly.
^Exactly. Also known as god-modding, includes controlling other people's characters, telling people exactly what to do without their permission, controlling things like that.

Cohorts are just how this camp organizes itself. They're like cabins, but there are only five and they aren't based on who your parent is.

Recommendation letters? How do you get those?
Camp Jupiter has a lot of second and third generation demigods, so their relatives or friends or notable demigods will write letters to the praetors to get them in a good cohort.

An obstaclw course seems like a nice idea, but I don't know if there was one in the books...
Trainers for the most part were satyrs and stuff I believe. You could always make one if you wanted? They'd have to be older demigods that came back to camp.

Titans are stronger than gods, so if you have a half titan the flaw has to equal the power.
