Dragging yourself along*self-help group* discussion

a lot of the time bullying is not physical, but verbal. My whole life has been people telling me I am fat and other things.

I'm constantly told that i'm ugly, stupid and worthless along with many other things.

I absolutely hate bullies. I personally have never been bullied, but when I see it happen I have to stop it, I can't just be a bystander.

i think verbal bullying hurts more then physical words can really put a strain on how you feel about yourself

Oh wait yes I have been bullied. By my sister who makes me feel worthless. But never by my peers. And it sucks because no one can see through her nice act.
