Jeshu (jeshusauria) We've decided to start putting up the suggestions threads with more anticipation, that's why you're seeing October by the end of July!

The theme for October will be GRAPHIC NOVELS! (Let's try something new :P)

Since they tend to be more on the expensive side of the spectre, try to suggest either one-volume stories or the first volume in a series :)

We will receive suggestions until August 17th.

I don't read graphic novels so don't really have any to add here. :(

I've been told I should read Watchmen by Alan Moore, so that's my suggestion.

message 5: by Jeshu (new)

Jeshu (jeshusauria) Batman Year One by Frank Miller
Fables, Vol. 1 Legends in Exile by Bill Willingham

I was going to suggest watchmen too!

I HAVE ARRIVED and oh my it is scary that I'm actually submitting something :O everybody point and laugh at my suggestions

now I'm a manga guy so i also fall into this category :D

now since you said quick stories I'm gonna have to suggest a series called say i love you
Suki-tte Ii na yo, Volume 1

its short but its in progression, I've heard lots of good reviews and I've read little myself but it wasn't my style, but I'm sure a lot of the girls who aren't too much into comics and graphic novels and such can get into this one/
