Matt Bomer. Have you watched the TV series White Collar? He's sooo... Drew there. :) Charming and a flirt. :)
What a coincidence! As soon as I started reading this, for some reason, I pictured Drew as Matt Bomer from White Collar.

Channing Tatum will always have my heart, but I think the other love of my life, Chris Pine, would be perfection in the part of Drew.

I haven't read this book yet, but based on synopsis & looks:

After reading the first few pages I thought; this could be such a good TV series or a movie. Brilliantly written, enjoyed it very muchos and read it about 4 times. It's so funny and it was exactly what I needed after reading a couple of heart breaking, drama-filled stories. I loved the characters. Emma, kuddos for that.
So, back to the actors... I see a lot of you are rooting for Matt Bomer. Nice choice ladies. I was thinking Ryan Reynolds. Or Henry Cavill? Or Adrian Grenier?

Bradley Cooper. His character in the "Hang Over" movies has that same handsome rogueish douchebag swagger. Ryan Reynolds is great at that type of comedic acting also.
Jensen Ackles is the winner at a readers group that I participate in facebook. Everybody thinks he´s super hot and funny as hell!
Love the Matt Bomer idea! He is great in White Collar and Neil and Drew are very similar characters. However, I thought of another guy that I think could play the part of Drew well. Max Greenfield. He plays Schmidt on New Girl.

I admit, I'm less familiar with many of the 20-something actors of today, but I think the most important aspect for Drew would be personality. An actor who could emote a playful arrogance. Rogue-ish, but not sleazy. Someone you want to forgive, even when they mess up and who's not just attractive, but infinitely likeable.
Matt Bomer is a dream choice! I agree with Kath - he does sexy charming sooo well. Others who come to mind are Bradley Cooper, Josh Bowman or even Adam Levine. They all have that boyish charm mixed with an I'll-say-anything kind of boldness.
