What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I know it starts off with a woman being pulled over by a cop (he kind basically sexually assaults her but they both really get off on it) who turns out to be a shape shifting wolf. He's new to the town which is inhabited by shapeshifters and just getting used to being part of a pack. She's returning to town after inheriting her grandmother's house. They end up getting involved with each other and have several sexual interludes though she can't think why she keeps letting it happen. He kind of settles himself into her life. They become a couple though neither seems to really get what's going on between them.

She starts being stalked by someone who wants her out of the house. The person has slashed tires, hung a dead dog in the yard. The woman ends up in the hospital and her sister comes to visit overhearing a conversation about the men in town being shapeshifters. There is a scene when she is in the hospital and it's obvious she's becoming a shapeshifter as well.

I think she does hair and there was a scene where she was with the cop and gets pulled into the salon by some women because he's fighting another wolf for her.

I remember that the woman wasn't very close to her family other than the grandmother and her sister comes back when she hears that she is in the hospital. I remember that the sister was abroad. One of the other cops, who is also a shapeshifter, falls for the sister. He's supposed to be some kind of playboy. It ends with the house burning down.

This is going to kill me. I liked the book and the story. I remember wanting to go looking for the sister's story, if there was one. Please any information would keep me from feeling like I'm losing my mind. Thanks!
