The only downside (for the consumer) is that the price of the book immediately jumped to $16.04 on amazon.

Such is the way of success...but, dang it!

Now, the price is $11.60 for the paperback and $7.59 for the kindle edition. That's a little more reasonable....but still much more than what it was as an independent book.

I just purchased this book a couple of days ago (the kindle edition).I actually don't mind paying more if the book is worth it and I thought this book was worth it!
