Finally, a classic science fiction book in the true romantic style. None of the c about modernism and post-modernism, this here is a gothic novel written with loving detail by a very young Mary Shelley (apparently only 20 or younger when she wrote this).
Nowadays, many know of the Frankenstein story from movies, but the movies have not really done the book justice. This is one to be read and cherish.

I hope there's an Audible version of this book as I am looking forward to a re-read.
