I'm Alli, and I legitimately started booktubing a couple of weeks ago. I'm 19, and I'll be focusing mostly on the Star Wars EU books that I read as I try to stomp my way through my sophomore year of college. Hey Guys, I'm Sarah! I am 24 years old, fresh out of college. I started my channel originally as an channel for teaching people how to fold Origami, but I never really posted any videos about that because I found out from tutorial videos that it was really hard to teach people how to fold origami. Then I started watching vlog videos, and some of the vloggers were readers. I was introduced to John Green and Nerdfighters, then I found out that John Green wrote books. And then I wanted to see what other people think about his books, and I came across the bookTubing community. The first BookTubers I watched was TheReadables, I still watch her videos sometimes. My favorite BookTubers now is Katytastic. Watching them made me want to start my own channel, so my channel was called OrigamiSarah for a while, even though it didn't have videos about origami in it at all. Now the channel name is just Sarah NightOwl!

I am not sure what my favorite genre is, but I do know that I hardly read any high fantasy or paranormal books. They are definitely not my favorite.
