You could try the Jenny Casey books by Elizabeth Bear: Hammered, Scardown, and Worldwired. The main character is former special forces who had her arm blown off and replaced with a cyber prosthetic. It's a nice use of an older female military character, that also acknowledges disability.

I'm hoping to pursue my doctorate on feminist cyberpunk and the deadline for submitting my research proposal is drawing near, for which I saw that I needed more books.

Please suggest classic cyberpunk and feminist cyberpunk works featuring cyborgs - I am in dire need of good titles with the deadline looming closer!
