Book Buying Addicts Anonymous discussion

Depends on the premise and how much I love the author himself. For example I would read anything written by Brandon Sanderson or Terry Pratchett because I adore them so much. Then there is case Rowling. hihi. I initially didn't want to read the Vacancy, it didn't really catch my attention that much but I got it for my birthday so I will read it one day naturally but I will probably pass the Gail book.

I tend to jump on the bandwagon and read a lot that the author has written. Sometimes that ends up biting me in the rear and other times I'm glad I did. I do hate that I do it because all the while I wonder what else is out there.

I have no problem reading other books by the same author of a series. I have a favorite author that I am beginning to wonder if she can go outside her series.

I find if I like one series by an author I tend to want to collect and read everything else that author writes.
