I'm kind of making stuff up.
To be totally unoriginal, I just had the brilliant idea that my charrie is searching for a way to bring someone she knows back from the dead. My charrie will hang around plants a lot, as she's part woodelf. The reason I had us go north is because the farther North we go, the colder it will get. At some point we'll probably have to turn around/get to our destination but then have to end up going the other directions as well. Also the weird symbols could be from an ancient civilization/spirits.
What do you all think?

Good except I think your charrie should freeze in the north, and then we have too breath on her to unfreeze her! J/k!
Sounds good, I love the idea of ancient spirits idea :)For my carrie I was already starting to play it out.
My carrie since I said " looking for new land " That my family/village burned down by the bandits that killed my brother, and I have scarring memorys from the flames and what she saw, and thats why the Witch told me to go north to "search for new land" since its so cold anyway.
Ooh dragons! :OGreat idea, instead of bandits that burned down my village and killed my brother it can be Dragons.
I like that idea. :)
Well, it's your creation.
Though I would personally like to do the dragons later, (like when we're farther north and it's down to, oh say, -10 degrees Fahrenheit. :D).
Are you looking to do something scary, or cute?

Oh very true, good idea, then it whould be more intense.Actualy thinking about it a cute little creature whould kinda be funny right now xD
See? I'm totally not here.
So where are we planning to go when the party goes north? I need to ask Cat and Theresa for opinions as well.

Well, we were looking for the ancient spirits, so that could work. I put up most of my opinions farther up on the page.
I was thinking if we're going to do ancient civilization's or spirit's Once we get pretty far up north he discover a huge underground maze leading to an ancient city.
You all decide. My main points are:
Party turns around at some point for unknown reasons, (snow, ice, dragons, whatever)
Some type of spirits are discovered, but we have to go someplace else to find out something else about them, (following the map)
We find out something about a lot of people who died in a war or something.

Good idea, like on the way there we find out that there's a colony of ice dragons and there hatch lings, so we turn around and about the spirits some how, and once we turn around we run into an old hermit in the woods that tells us about a library that's older then time it's self where we can find out more about the spirits.
All the letters on the map were glowing, so perhaps we could go north, then south, then east, then west or something like that?
And I'm getting a headache, so bye for now!
