I was strolling trough the reviews from the last book Sentinel like a junkie looking for some new teasers and I found this:

I thought she was supposed to be protected by the council mandated birth control shot for all half-blood females, but then I guess it could have worn off depending on how much time has passed.

I hope she isn't since she's only 18 and most likely has some major fights coming up. I also feel that if she was pregnant that that's the kind of thing she would have been told when her mother visited after she was healed, especially since it would be a pretty major taboo because she's a half-blood and Aiden's a pure.

I hope not. She has way too much on her plate right now anyways. Also, if she was pregnant, she probably would've lost the baby after the whole Ares thing. She might not be able to be killed, but I doubt that it works the same way for her baby. I just don't think that there's enough room in the plot right now to work in the whole preggers thing.

I agree, that is too much for her right now.

I kind of hope that she is pregnant. It would add a lot to the story and Aidens protectiveness. I can also imagine Deacon as the "Cool Uncle!"

I really like the idea. I mean, it would be great to see what kind a dad Aiden would be. I mean, we all know he's the perfect lover but a dad? That would be pretty interesting. Same goes for Alex, it would be cool to see her get all motherly.

I think Aiden would be a fantastic dad, also be super happy that hes going to be father!
I bet he would definitely be super protective of Alex even more though.

Well in apollyon they did it ALOT! So.. I wouldn't be surprised.

Haha, hopefully the baby is more of an "Alex" than an Aiden!!

I noticed this when I first read the book! she put it in a place where there was so much going on that nobody would really remember it, but I do think it was something important and could quite possibly be that alex is pregnant. Because if you think about it, she had her shot at the beginning of the first book,think about how much times had passed from that point and how many times alex and aiden have been going at it. I think it will all come back in a big way in final book.

I think by the end of Sentinel she will be. Why else would JLA give us the tidbit of needing the shot every few months.....and plus being the appollyon may just overrule basic birth control.

I thought that she might be towards the middle of this book, but then that whole thing with Ares happened and I was like, no way could a fetus live through that, but who knows? We all know how much JLA likes to surprise us!

i think that it's an unnecessary twist right now in the story so i don't know that i believe that she's preggo. i think that there may be more to her lineage than we know - but i don't think that it's a baby in the making that's caused apollo's reaction.
