Barnes & Noble Nook discussion

My NST keeps having these issues such as:

1 reseting itself
2 refuses to open books
3 refuses to do cammand like turn page or highlight
4 it also dont want to work when hitting the button on the bottom of the nook .

Should I call support or what?

First thing - it'll do all that weird stuff if the battery is low. Charge it directly (not through the computer) for at least an hour. That may solve your problem. :)

Also try shutting it down and restarting it. That can sometimes clear up weird problems.

And wiping the screen will often help with touchscreen issues.

If none of this works, try calling B&N. I got one that did a couple of weird things. Like, shutting itself off and refusing to download any book.

Granted I did get it from Barnes & Noble as a replacement Nook for mine since the screen had a small crack. The one they sent me was a used one and it refused to work.
