World of One Piece

The Blue Sea, which is where the bulk of the storyline takes place, consists of one large continent, one long chain of islands, and four seas that make up two larger oceans. The continent is called the Red Line, the big chain of islands is called the Grand Line and the four seas are called North Blue, South Blue, East Blue and West Blue.
As explained above, North Blue, South Blue, East Blue and West Blue make up the four seas of the world. Within each Blue, sea travel works as it does in the real world. You can sail to any destination you want with a regular compass. However getting from one Blue to another is much more difficult. The reason is because not only the Red Line separates the two oceans, but also because the seas within one ocean are separated by a large sea route called the Grand Line as well as two Calm Belts.

I'm going to allow travel between the Oceans, but it will be by Air-Balloon, and those who fly across can't take all they're belongings, only what they carry on them

Normal ships can't make it from one Blue to another, but it's still nice to be able to travel from one area to another, I just think one should start from nothing if they're going to do so

It has a chance, but the wind isn't the problem with the Calm Belt, that just slows people down, the problem is the Sea King nests and nothing can get over the Red Line without the World Governments permission, but under is another option ;)

Krul Tepes | 46 comments You have a point there.

It's one hell of a dangerous place, and like I said, there's only really one way to cross it, but I'll make it so you can safely cross it if:
- You're in the Marines
- You're one of the girls from Amazon Lily
sorry, but no pirates or commoners can cross the Calm Belt without serious problems

Krul Tepes | 46 comments What about if they tame a Sea King?

taming one sea king isn't going to help very much, the ones we can tame usually get eaten by bigger ones and also taming a sea king is more used to pull the ship, if wont do very well fighting off other sea kings and pulling the ship

Krul Tepes | 46 comments You lost me after the word 'taming'. Fine, I won't get a Sea King. I think my characters will just eat it anyways.
