Ilusia, also known as "Fortress Island" is the only known country outside of the Grand Line to sit in the World Government. It's the primary marine base in the region. Despite being the closest island to the Grand Line in West Blue, you won't find much pirates here other then the ones captured and imprisoned. To compensate for a lack of authority in West Blue, some very powerful marine forces are stationed here. The high cliffs make it a hard island to dock on and the concrete and steel walls on these cliffs only add to it's security.
~ Ilusia City ~
Surrounded by additional walls of concrete and steel, Ilusia City is the most heavily guarded city in West Blue. The population is mostly made up of marines and their families stationed on the island.
~ Justice Court ~
In the midst of Ilusia city one can find Ilusia cities famed town square Justice Court. Justice Court is used primarily to execute public sentences. People from all over the island come to see public executions.
~ West Headquarter ~
West Headquarter is the marines only headquarter in West Blue. It's the strategical command and information center for the entire West Blue stationed marine force.
~ Ilusia Harbor ~
A large and heavily guarded harbor. Marine and trade ships are free to dock here. The only pirate ships you'll find are stored in the ship court most likely doomed to never be used again.
