-------- The Island --------

Bliss Kingdom is one of the most prestigious kingdom's in all of the blues. Just once glance and it's easy to see the people of this country are richer then those of others. Clothes, accessories, attitude. Not only the inhabitants but also the buildings, everything about this country screams rich. However, despite it's name the Kingdom seems to give of a rather gloom impression. Maybe it's due to the heavy rainfall that goes with the South Blue but the islands feel is always grim.

~ Bliss Palace ~

The current ruler of Bliss Kingdom lives in Bliss Palace. A large golden structure surrounded by thick walls. The ruler generally never ventures outside of the palace grounds and is only seen once a year during the ceremonial speech.

~ Bliss Town ~

Bliss Town surrounds the palace. A prosperous well faring town. Despite being one of the richest towns in the region it's never really bothered by pirates due to the fact the kingdom lies close to Librie Island.

~ Lap Forest ~

Lap Forest is the forest surrounding Bliss Town. A beautiful forest that's fully adapted to the South Blue's everlasting rain. Many of the towns children spend their time playing amongst the trees.

-------- Docking Area --------

There are only 2 legal docking places. There are small harbors on both the south and west.

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Ula stood out on her balcony and watched the sea. She wondered if she would ever get out of here.
She could hear people laughing down in the ball room; their laughter echoed down the halls and threw her open door.
She sighed as she heard her mother's high heals stomping down the hall. She failed to turn around when her mother entered her room.
"A lady knocks before entering another's chambers," she told her mother in a calm tone.
"A lady greets her guests at her own party," her mother bit out at her.
Ula sighed, "fine," she whispered as she walked past her mother and into the hall.
Her dress trailed behind her; she never liked her dresses, they all had a cloth cage on the back that made her flat butt look rather big, and the tops of the dress always squished her chest to make her look bigger. Her father never approved of the dresses, but her mother often insisted.
When she reached the ball room her stomach turned at the sight of all the higher class people dancing wile the lower class people served food and drink.
She watched as a boy with shorter hair walked up to her and requested a dance. She wished to day no, but her mother shoved the back of her into the boy and she was taken to the dance floor.

message 3: by Elizabeth (last edited Aug 12, 2013 04:37AM) (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) The swaying and twirling she felt on the dance floor the hole night was nothing compared to the jaw dropping, stumack turning, nauseating affiance her mother pulled at the end of the night.
Ula's mother gathered everyone's attention before they left and made an announcement; "everyone, everyone, may I have your attention please? I have something very important to tell you all," it took a moment for the crowed of finely dressed men and women to silence, but when they did; her mother gestured me to come stand text to her.
I have her a confused look, then looked over at her father whom nodded slowly at her; seaming confused himself. She walked up next to her mother and Ula noticed the boy who had first asked her to dance. She got an uneasy feeling, but smiled softly to the people.
"This young man," her mother said gesturing at the boy, "has asked for my daughter's hand in marriage," her stomach dropped into her feet, her forced smile vanished and her eyes widened, "and she has exempted," she finished with a big smile.
"WHAT!?" Ula yelled at the same time as the applause.
After everyone had left and her and her mother had there usual blow out, Ula sat up in her room and stared into the mirror.
Anger welled up inside her, "I'm not staying here a moment longer!" She but out at her reflection, "this is not who I am."
She packed some dresses and other cloths into a couple suit cases and changed into a black over coat that butted up only on the upper half of her body and a black skirt with boots. The coat had blue lining that matched the shirt's. the frilly white collar from her undershirt was pulled threw the top of the over coat.
She looked in the mirror and smiled. She slipped into a pair of black boots that climbed almost all the way to her knees, then managed to sneak down the halls and out of the house.

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Ula managed to sneak her way to the docks. She looked out at some of the ships and sighed, not knowing which one to hide away in. She was never tout much about ships; just that there were different ships for different things. Shipping, fishing, armed forces, etc. she stood there watching men and woman carry barrels of supplies onto the ships and shivered at how beaten up done of them looked.

message 5: by Melissa (new)

Melissa Luce tapped her foot impatiently. She hated being here so close to where she had been a slave and wanted to leave. She just needed to wait for them to finish loading her ship and she could set sail. "Get your asses going lazybones!" She yelled at them.

message 6: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Ula noticed a ship filled with people and ran up to it with her bags. She managed to sneak into a barrel just before one of the men came to get it.
The barrel was lifted and the man ground, "why is this so heavy?" He asked himself as he carried on board.

Linko slowly creeped in through the kitchen window, everyone seemed to be in a panic, it was great...
Once inside he looked around, even though the was a palace he didn't like their food, the cooks obviously didn't know anything about cooking, he decided to leave the kitchen before he got to upset and began sneaking through the castle looking for some treasure

message 9: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) ((Really? Lol :) ))

Ula's mother walked into Ula's room to inform her of the wedding date. She screamed when she saw Ula and all her things were gone.
She ran threw the house yelling that Ula had vanished and everyone began to look for her.

message 10: by Melissa (new)

Melissa "How many more are left?" Luce barked. One of the men wiped his brow and straightened. "Just over a dozen more Captain." He said. She nodded and prowled back and forth like a caged tiger.

message 11: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) The barrel was set down harshly-more like dropped it really-causing Ula to his her head and knock around some dust. She held her breath in hopes not to sneeze but it was no use.
She let out a small mouse-like sneeze that coat the attention of one of the men, "what the.." He muttered as he walked over to the barrel.

Linko heard them all running around and searching for some bride named Ula, he wondered if someone had kidnapped her and anger began to swell, he forced it down and found a beautiful bedroom with many'a jewels (the mum n dad's room), he began filling his sack with all the jewels and his grin seemed to grow with the weight

message 13: by Melissa (new)

Melissa "Oi, get back to work!" Luce yelled when she saw a man straying towards the loaded cargo. "Yes Captain." The man said hastily and moved to get more barrels. He knew better than to disobey her.

message 14: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Ula's mother ran past her room and noticed a boy whom she assumed was a survey of hers, "hey you!" She called as she walked into the room, not noticing the bag, "get out there and make fliers! Put $1000.00 reword, of whatever you think will catch the people's attention! We need to find her!" She ordered, assuming she was one of her poster boys who often made the nice fliers stating her next party, "is this request understood!?"

Ula listened as men luged barrels onto the ship and dropped them around her. The woman's voice boomed threw her and caused her to feel slightly frightened.

((P.S: One Piece money is often called Beli, or Berri in the english version, thought you might like to know :) ))

Linko almost jumped out the window as he heard someone come in, he bag was now full and the woman seemed to be ordering him around, 'Ha! she thinks i'm a poster boy, better roll with it' he thought, "Yes ma'am, I have the posters already in this bag" he said hefting the heavy bag of jewels as if it was only fulled with paper, "I'd spread them around right away" he yelled running out of the room and down the hall, he had to get out before she noticed anything

message 16: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Ula's mother nodded as the boy left, then walked swiftly out if the room in search for her husband.

message 17: by Melissa (new)

Melissa "How much longer?" Luce demanded impatiently. "There are only a few barrels left Captain." One of her men dutifully reported. She huffed, they should have been gone over an hour ago. She shouldn't have let the Beli sway her but the Bliss Kingdom though pirates were a novelty and were willing to pay a lot to have a real pirate ship make their deliveries.

Linko laughed to himself as they simply let him walk out of the castle, he felt like it was just to easy, he knew that they would soon find out and he wanted to see it but knew he'd never make it out without a reputation, he might even get a bounty, no, if he left now then they would forget his face and he would get all this treasure.
He walked down to the docks and strait to hit boat, it was a small dingy, but it got him places, he dumped the bag inside and relaxed as he watched the people around the docks running crazy, there seemed to be some pirates here to, "Well that's new" he muttered to himself, pirates didn't usually come here...

message 19: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Ula hugged her bags with excitement as the thought of leaving this place was becoming a reality. She couldn't help but smile for the first time in years.

message 20: by Melissa (new)

Melissa "Ready to ship out Captain!" One of her men finally said and Luce grinned. "Then let's sail boys!" She called and a cheer went up throughout her ship.

message 21: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) One of the men balanced on top of some of the barrels to get across instead of going around. Ula heard his feed found on the lid of her barrel and held her breath. When he jumped off it tipped her barrel and popped the top off. She gasped and watch it roll across the ship.

Linko smiled as the pirate began to set sail, he tied his dingy to the back of their ship so they wouldn't notice it, 'If these were the people who stole the girl..' he thought to himself, 'I could get the bounty as well as their jewels' he thought laughing to himself, he moved his boat as close as it could get and tied it there, now he knew they wouldn't see his boat

Linko heard some orders being tossed to a lackey, he slowly climbed the side of the boat and peered over to see what was going on, he left his treasure in his boat for safekeeping and moved around to the other side of the ship so the wouldn't find it if they looked overboard

message 30: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Ula crawled out of her barrel, lugging her luggage behind her. She tried hiding behind more barrels but knew she wasn't going to get far in that spot. She looked around quickly and noticed someone looking over the edge of the boat, she thought about how brilliant his hiding spot was, and wondered if she would make it.

message 31: by Melissa (new)

Melissa "Oi! There was someone in this barrel!" The man said and Luce strode forward to investigate. There was a small slipper inside a half empty barrel. She started crackling again. "We've got a stowaway!" She yelled angrily.

message 32: by ArcaneSage, Sage of Destruction (new)

ArcaneSage 117 (arcansage117) | 868 comments Mod
Linko heard their captain yell, and he pieced a few things together, 'the princess wasn't stolen, she ran away' he knew he couldn't let these pirates get her and when he saw her coming for his hiding place he smiled knowing she'd make it safely here if he distracted them, he jumped onto the ship and walked across the deck to make the pirates turn their backs to her, "Well it seems I've been found out, so what are you going to do now?"

message 33: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Ula stopped in her tracks as she saw him take the role of the stowaway. Her was specs bless and couldn't move. She watched as the men looked him over and muttered to one another. She looked over at the caption and saw she was holding her slipper. She gasped silently and slowly made her way slowly to the edge and saw another ship. She threw her things down and threw herself over the railing and watched threw a small gap.

Melissa "Well looks like we've got another one." Luce said. "Unless, that is you've taken to wearing women's shoes?" She held up the slipper, letting it dangle off one finger. She jerked her head and her crew converged on him. She continued looking around for the other stowaway.

Linko laughed a little, "Sorry, must have grabbed that what i looted the castle, feel free to keep it" he said giving her a wink, when her men began to move against him he stood still with a smirk on his face and knocked away anyone that strayed to close with a swift punch or kick, "Now come on, that's no way to treat a guest"

The Ship docked and the Brute began throwing the girls things in a small cart he planed to use for the treasure he was about to get, "Move, we go Palace now" he grunted as he tied his ship to the dock

message 44: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Ula hung her head low as if she was a criminal who had just been caught. Her mother was going to have a field day with her... She started walking like the man instructed. With every step her heart ached and she wouldn't admit it, but she missed Link already..

message 45: by ArcaneSage, Sage of Destruction (new)

ArcaneSage 117 (arcansage117) | 868 comments Mod
The brute pushed her along and dragged his cart along behind him, he was very impatient and wanted that bounty now...

Link slowly pulled his dingy into the dock on the opposite side of the island, he'd carried George to his dingy and questioned him on their way to the island, he knocked George out again and dumped him on the dock as he tied his dingy to the dock

message 46: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) Ula looked up at her home and sighed when she heard her mother's voice, "Ula! Where have you been!?"
She looked her mother over and was silent.
Her mother smiled at the man, "thank you so much kind sir! I'm not sure if you knew, but we have a reward!" She told him sweetly, "fallow me!" She told him as she led him inside.
Ula was taken by one if the guards, along with her things, and brought to her room.

message 47: by ArcaneSage, Sage of Destruction (new)

ArcaneSage 117 (arcansage117) | 868 comments Mod
Without George around he realized he would have to do it all himself, the Brute growled as they tried to take everything away, "NO! King man promised me Berri for her alive!" he screamed and grabbed the girl and his cart, "he bring me reward now! then you get girl" George had told him not to trust people, always get the money before loosing your prize

Link sprinted back to the palace, he didn't have much trouble finding it since he'd done it before, he knew where to go to get in but as he got closer he heard a commotion and watched it so he could figure a way to get Ula out of there without anyone knowing he was there

message 48: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) ((I was thinking he get all dressed up and sneak her out during the ball))

Her mother nodded, "take my daughter's things to her room," she ordered the guard then smiled at the man, "fallow me to the treasure room," she instructed as she kept walking.
Ula squirmed in his grip. She was probably going to get bruises because of this guy.
Her mother told her and the man about a ball she would be throwing tonight to thank him for returning Ula. She invited him as the guest of honor.

message 49: by ArcaneSage, Sage of Destruction (new)

ArcaneSage 117 (arcansage117) | 868 comments Mod
The brute growled a little, he didn't like the idea of being trapped inside or staying longer then he had to when he didn't trust these people, but the thought of a feast made him disregard his worries, free food was too good to pass up and he followed the woman and he held tightly onto the smaller girl...

Link watched them walk off then ran around to grab a disguise and find a way in, as soon as that lady mentioned a ball a plan started to form in Links head

((sounds good :) also I was thinking of making it so that George was sent by Ula's father to make sure she was safe from bad people (pirates and thieves) but they thought they were supposed to drag her back if she wasn't))

message 50: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth Thompson (elizabeth_duivenvoorde) ((Alright :) ))

The woman led him to the room and unlocked the giant doors. She opened them to revile gold and diamonds, "take as much as you can carry sir," she smiled and held her hand out to Ula.
Ula pulled herself from the man's hands and refused her mother's hand.
Her mother sighed, "we'll, I'll leave you to your prize, then you can speak with my husband at the ball!" She smiled and walked off.
Ula glared at the man, crossing her arms over her chest.
